Pros: Excellent experience – I highly recommend it! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and kindness. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive to details and always willing to help. The room was impeccable – very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet at night ensured a restful sleep. The modern bathroom and quality products were an appreciated plus. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh products and options for all tastes. The hotel’s location is also excellent, close to the main attractions and means of transport. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, which made our stay truly special. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality and top-notch service!

Pros: Quite and very comfortable hotel located just 15 minutes from the clock and just 10 minutes from Carl's bridge. The breakfast was great and everyone can find what they like. The stuff was very helpful and nice, we even got a little present when we left and could take bottle of water once a day. I will definitely come back

Pros: Rooms, breakfast and location were fantastic 👌. The variety available for breakfast is great, something for everyone, you can even have a glass of fizz with breakfast and it's all complementary! Spacious and comfortable rooms, complimentary toiletries, that smell absolutely gorgeous. The staff were fabulous, so courteous and professional. This is our second visit to this hotel and look forward to making a third. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

A quality few days away with friends in a very welcoming city!

Pros: Great breakfast with plenty of options. Hotel was in a great location and we found the city very walkable from this location. The reception welcome was very friendly and check in and out was easy.

Cons: A great stay and absolutely no issues - would recommend to others if they are visiting Prague.

Pros: Excellent location, just a 10 to 15 minute walk from all the main attractions. Daily housekeeping, and overall the room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic, especially Achilleas today who was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Exquisite stay in the centre of Prague

Pros: Absolutely excellent breakfast, gluten-free options were available. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the location incredible. The staff is very friendly and we were very nicely surprised. 12/10 recommend!

Pros: Breakfast was great! Location was very good if you want to travel by public transportation.

Cons: The shower was not good, water tempreture was not stable at all, either too cold or too hot, spent three nights there, could not ever enjoy a regular shower.
