Good

Pros: Good location, easy walking distance to the city center.

Cons: The bed was very soft, as were the pillows (which seemed very old). The breakfast was very crowded; the place was small and didn't comfortably accommodate everyone.

Pros: Breakfast was really nice, particularly the cold meats and cheeses, the fruits, and the pasties. Reception was generally very helpful, on check-in and checkout, and giving directions. General cleanliness was excellent

Cons: The hot breakfast did not appeal; and the inability of reception to provide additional coffee sachets did not support 4star!

Pros: Very good location, 2 minutes walking distance from tram station. Excellent service. The room was spacious and clean. I would choose it again.

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located. There is a tram and metro line right in front of the hotel, and the city center is only a 10-minute walk away, so we didn’t need to use public transportation at all. The hotel was very clean, and we could smell the freshness as soon as we entered the room. Daily housekeeping was provided regularly. The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really loved both Prague and the hotel.

Great hotel for a short stay!

Pros: Property was ideally located, about a 10-15 minute walk away from the centre. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was lovely and clean, ideal for a short break!
