Great stay. I would not hesitate to come back again.
Pros: The hotel was incredible, in a great location with easy access to the centre of Prague. We stayed in an executive room which was great and provided us with everything we wanted and needed. Breakfast was fantastic, with a vast variety of different foods to savour and enjoy. As we were staying in an executive room we were entitled to use the executive lounge. My expectations were relatively low, only really thinking that we may get tea/coffee and maybe a piece of cake. Boy was I wrong!! We were greeted by a vast array of drinks, all free! Red/white wine, juices, water, beer, tea, coffee, Prosecco etc. Also available, were some delicious snacks, pastries, fresh fruit and cakes. What's not to like! And well worth paying for an executive room just for the lounge.
Cons: The pillows, only a personal preference, were a bit too soft for my liking. Only slight other thing, one or two of the staff could just do with smiling a bit more. It makes the day so much better if someone greets you with a cheerful smile.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. The hotel looked beautiful and the piano music in the lobby (with its grand central staircase) was lovely. We enjoyed playing chess and used the executive lounge upstairs as a great place to relax. The room was comfy and a perfect temperature, especially considering it was so cold outside. The snacks and complimentary drinks were a great addition for a romantic break. Being so close to the metro made travel into the city and back to the airport really easy.
Cons: There weren't good vegetarian options at the restaurant for an evening meal. We didn't realise we would have to pay a (quite high) additional price to use the spa, since this was listed as a facility we could access with an 'executive room', on booking.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast, perfect location
Pros: The location was great, the metro was just a few minutes walk from the hotel and then only a few steps into the main tourist areas.
Cons: The lifts were slow. It was a busy hotel and two of the lifts were broken.

Pros: Very good breakfast, nice rooms, great lobby bar with signature drinks.
Cons: Horrible and I mean really horrible and tight underground parking. If you have a bigger car then brace yourself with patience when going in and out.

Travel to Prague, Czech Republic
Pros: As it is a large hotel, the facilities and breakfast were very good.
Cons: Although the fitness center was said to be free to use, I had to pay 15 euros per person. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the spa because I was told that I had to make a reservation the day before, even though it was said that I could make a reservation on the same day.
