Value for money and convenient.

Pros: Very convenient location. Too close to the metro station and city center is 3 metro station away. Also it was close to a big shopping mall.

Excellent stay option in the heart of Prague

Pros: Excellent location near a shopping mall and also train station. Very comfortable rooms and good breakfast spread

Cons: Compared to the size of the property, the dining area serving breakfast was a bit small

A short stay during weekend

Pros: Accommodation at Courtyard by Marriott pleasantly surprised me. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good equipment and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the professional and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and regularly replenished. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel, and I was fully satisfied with the stay and services.

A good hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location, right next to a subway and tram stations. Shopping mall and plenty of pubs nearby, few minutes ride to the city center. Spacious and clean rooms, comfy bed. Wifi connection is good and stable. Decent breakfast, too. If it was just a few euros cheaper, it would be absolutely perfect.

Cons: The personnel seemed a bit lost during check-out, probably because it was really busy. Not a big deal - more amusing as we weren’t sure if we were fully checked out or still in the process :-D

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard! The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Alina was particularly helpful, ensuring our requests were met with care. The flexible checkout and complimentary baggage storage were great perks. The hotel's location is also convenient, with public transport nearby. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Pros: The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed from electric kettle, Iron etc, TVs have English channels and almost everyone speaks English. Food was good. There is a Shopping mall across the road, the location is great. Friendly staff. I would go back again.

Cons: The parking fees, I feel that they are expensive considering that you are already a customer at the hotel. The linen was never changed, at least when guests are staying longer maybe change the linen at least once. Overall, it is a good hotel.

9* just because of the wardrobe was small. But anything else great.

Pros: Location very close to the underground and shopping centre, restaurant, cleanliness, quietness, parking

Cons: When you stay in the summer time and on your own then it’s enough room for your staff . But in the winter time and 2 people stay then it’s a problem where to hang your clothes. Only 1 small wardrobe with just a few hangers in the all rooms , believe me as i used to stay in different rooms and different seasons.

Pros: Location was great. The metro station is at a stone's throw. After boarding a train from the nearest Flora station you can pretty much travel to most part of the city.Staff was courteous & helpful. Cleanliness was top notch.

Cons: The room size could have been a bit bigger. Compared to our recent stay with another branded 5 star hotel in Vienna we found the room a bit small for a family of 3 in a 2 bedded accomodation.

Pros: Excellent service and breakfast options. Friendly and knowledgable reception staff. Having fluent English speaking staff in an otherwise non-English location was very helpful.

Cons: Bathroom could do with some modernisation. We had a water blockage, that was attended to immediately. However, proactive checks will be helpful.
