Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful. Everyone was smiling and just overall good energy. Location is really nice, close to subway and park Stromovka.

An exceptional hotel I'd return to again and again

Pros: The reception staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping us plan our days. The room was lovely and comfortable with plenty of space. The restaurant space was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

Cons: The breakfast could be a bit better. Some days there wasn't much choice but it might depend on what time you come down.

Greatest stay ever

Pros: Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Onsite restaurant very convenient, and food was great. Liked the fact that we could buy transport tickets at the hotel. Manager even accommodated us by changing our room to one with a shower as my husband wasn't able to use the bath in our original room.

Cons: To be honest, nothing.

A very enjoyable stay

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff, with the reception being permanently staffed. The room was comfortable with everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was continuously topped up and there was a lot of variety. We also ate in the restaurant - delicious chargrilled meats and fish - can definitely recommend. The hotel is in a quiet area but easy to get into central Prague either by tram or, as we did, a pleasant walk through a park. We very much enjoyed our stay.
