Absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Pros: We had an amazing experience at this hotel and truly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, the bathroom was modern and clean, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards. The location was also ideal – close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. Truly a 10/10 stay!

For value for money it was an excellent choice.

Pros: Comparing the age of hotel, the age it had been built was over expectations. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent as well. Bathrooms were in amazing condition. Hotel is near tram stop(s) (2-3 minutes walk) what was a massive surplus for us.

Cons: One of the elevator wasn't working at my section. It added some extra minutes to move around inside the hotel but it wasn't end of the world.

Pros: I stayed there for 17 days and I didn’t find anything to disappoint me. The rooms are very clean and the ladies from housekeeping were taking care of us every day:) The reception was on duty 24h and always with a smile. The bar at the rooftop has a breathtaking view, we really enjoyed our drinks there. The breakfast was full of choices (even for me as a vegetarian) and even though it was almost always busy, the waitress never stop being kind. I had an amazing vacation thanks to you. I will come back for sure. Thanks a lot xxx
