Great experience

Pros: It was really great,live location. With many shops,market and mall close to you. The hotel was great surprise to me since i expected less. The breakfast was superb with so many choices and vegan options,the only one hotel i have been that has breakfast that long. The room was great with everything you need.

Quick, convenient, easy, clean, beautiful with a great staff!

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Despite the difficulties with taking time off for the trip, the hotel staff quickly saved our trip. We were upgraded to a better room with excellent comfort. Quick, convenient, easy, clean, beautiful, and the food was delicious. What more could you want? :)

Cons: The only downside I can think of is the high prices of food in the hotel restaurant and snacks and drinks from the minibar.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely return!

Pros: Spacious room, the free snacks and drinks at happy hour. Excellent location with a shopping mall very close by. Very helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the barista coffee especially!

A great hotel great area

Pros: It was located near metro which made it so easy to get to all tourist attractions or walk if preferred. Also the area around hotel had plenty of bars restaurants and a shopping centre across the road. The hotel was modern The breakfast was good with plenty of variety

Cons: Only issue which was not major was the noise of the aircon/heater as was annoying when trying to get to sleep.

Pros: Very good breakfast, rooms very nice, spacious and clean.

Cons: Spa hadn't been included in the price which wasn't clear when booking. Only included with executive rooms. We had to pay 250 ckz extra per person for 2 hrs.

Perfect hotel for you Prague stay

Pros: The hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were lovely, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast had everything you could imagine. The barista station was a really nice touch. Location was ideal, easy walk to the Prague 1 and the airport bus is literally outside. Couldn't recommend enough.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Everything was good - comfortable bed, total blackout curtains, nice breakfast, clean bathroom.

Cons: The smell of urine in the toilet, despite it being squeaky clean. I don't know why it happened.
