nice cute hotel in amazing location

Pros: Location is super! ~5 mins walk from the nearest tram station Zborovská ~10 mins walk from Novy Smichov shopping mall with Teeco supermarket. room is spacious for 2 pax.

Cons: I came to Prague in possibly the coldest period the city has ever seen in some years and the heater in the room and bathroom are a bit weak. The water kettle has white residual inside - so i did not dare to use it.

Pros: I love how nice their staff are here. The breakfasts were also scrumptious with the good songs played in the restaurant! Kinda giving the vibe! I have no problem during my stay so far - everything was so freaking awesome! Really recommend if you would like to have a good stay outside from the city. And close to the public transport too!

Cons: Outside from the hotel are so empty and quiet at night - so please be careful before you getting enter the hotel (they require access code so don't worry)

Pros: Humble staff, easy to check in. Near every tourist attraction . They close check in at late night. but they did everything so that we can get in and we did check in next day. Just awesome . In a world best service i ever had . Awesome

Pros: Excellent location and very friendly staff. Not my first stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers great breakfast options at their location.

Lovely staff, great value for money, long walk to the Old Town Square

Pros: Great staff! Very helpful. Great value for money! Good buffet breakfast on offer at a hotel they partner with nearby.

Cons: A bit out of the way, so we bought a 24 hour public transport pass after walking there the first time. Thin curtains, no AC (but it seems that's normal for Europe).

Come to Prague, Come to Otto

Pros: Prague is a wonderful City, one of the best. And this was an ideal place to rest the head. Just, and I mean just outside the hustle and bustle of the city life, but well within walking distance. Great location. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Place was clean and great value for money. Come to Prague. Come to Otto.

Fantastic can’t wait for the third time

Pros: Lovely hidden gem in a fantastic central location right beside the river just a short walk to main Prague attractions very well kept with nice useful amenities and friendly and responsive staff not a 247 reception but there are codes provided and staff can support with out of hours check in I believe - feels very safe - this is my second stay and will be back incredible value for money
