Pros: Lovely comfy bed and large room with everything you will need for your stay. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, could be more varied if staying multiple days but was always topped up even at end of the time. Staff were lovely and helpful. Perfect location just next to tram stops, coffee shops and supermarkets.

Cons: The shower head was a bit awkward to use as could be better to be higher up and tighter to avoid the floor getting very wet.

Pros: amazing breakfast with good choice of food and drinks. location of the hotel is good: quiet area with not that much touristic places around, but using trams you can easily go to any attractions.

Cons: it might be very biased opinion, but room had not enough lighting in main room. only floor lamp in the corner and small wall lightings felt not enough

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended

Pros: The accommodation is excellent! The room is spacious and beautiful, with a separate bathroom and toilet. There is a minibar, a kettle, and instant coffee in the room, and the heating works great. Housekeeping came every day, and the reception staff were extremely kind and available 24/7. The location is perfect – everything is close by. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of options. A warm recommendation – I would gladly return again.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was excellent.

Pros: This was a repeat visit for me; I always enjoy returning. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small, with a combination tub/shower which may be awkward for the elderly. This location in Prague is reasonably quiet and removed from the tourist ruckus. It’s right around the corner from the tram stop; the trams will take you anywhere you need to go within minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathrooms could use some updating - the tub/shower combination is a bit awkward. Yet when I stayed here with an elderly friend she was thrilled to have a tub, so to each his own!

Pros: The hotel has a very good location, is clean and comfortable, and quite quiet.

Pros: The most wonderful people! I highly recommend this place. Even though the hotel isn’t the newest in terms of design or furniture, we felt absolutely amazing. The most important thing is dealing with kind people — and with them, everything gets sorted out in no time. Public transport is just a few steps away, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the staff even more so. We had an amazing stay — thank you!

Pros: Very good breakfast, but the coffee maker got broken in the breakfast room for the last 2 days of my stay. It wasn't fixed. Location is in a walking distance from the Old Praha. The first day when I was leaving, the receptionist gave me an umbrella saying it was raining. It was nice for her to do so.

Cons: One day when I got back in my room tired, I found out that the light card was missing. When I called the reception, a lady asked ME to come down to get the card! A minute later I called her back and asked to bring it up to me.

Pros: good breakfast! cleanliness of the room was very good. perfect location, close to the heart of the city (on foot) but in a quiet, green and clean area. very close to Kampa and to the river. much better than staying in prague 1 or 2. kind staff
