Pros: Breakfast was good. The quad room was spacious and comfortable. Double room felt a bit claustrophobic. The staff was amazingly polite. Location is perfect - nearby is the tram stop.

Cons: Everything was okay, just we missed a bit the lobby bar and the opportunity to have a place to sit and chill in the evening in the hotel.

Great stay at Hotel Martin with a spacious room, perfect walkable location

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Martin. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very well located — we were able to explore the city entirely on foot. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially with our dog (which we paid a supplement for), which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.

Cons: The only downside is that the parking is not very convenient (and a bit expensive in my opinion), but aside from that, everything was great.

A good, cozy and comfortable hotel at the heart of Prague

Pros: The hotel is well located- close to tram stations. The area felt safe and was clean. The room was spacious and the facilities were good. The cleaning services were very well done. The breakfast in the morning was sumptuous. Overall, it was quite pleasant.

Cons: My wife and I stayed for four nights during the winter and felt the heating in the room was permanently at high and unable to control internally. Since it was winter- it was quite okay but I wonder if for the summer this will be too hot due to no great ventilation. We didn't get a chance to test the AC. I would say the price is okay but it can be cheaper

Some things were not that good but my overal experience was to my liking.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and our room was pretty clean and close to the mall.

Cons: The bed wasn’t comfortable because the mattress was too old in room 205. Also at night was so much noice coming from the other rooms around.

Worth the stay

Pros: Mila, I think that's her name, is excellent front office. Very bouncy, bubbly & full of useful information. Don't know the breakfast lady's name, she is great. Excellent service from herself. The blonde girl at the reception desk following was quite knowledgeable and gave me tips on local stuff.

Cons: Housekeeping Did below minium unfortunately

Pros: Location is good, good reception staff, very helpful. Breakfast is fine. Near tram station that connects to known attractions. Many Restaurants to chose nearby,and near from the big shopping mall.

Cons: You easily hear sounds from other rooms..
