NH Collection Prague

Pros: Excellent hotel, they value their reputation and every client. They are incredibly customer-focused. They respond immediately to any questions. Excellent breakfast. Huge thanks to the staff, especially the reception and restaurant. I would recommend them!!

Awesome and unique location worth couple days stay.

Pros: Central location, uniquely positioned on a hill with access by outdoor “cabin” elevator. Also great breakfast!

Cons: Rooms start to feel a bit dated.

Pros: We upgraded to a Junior Suite as the garden room was quite dark and had no view but a brick wall. However after we paid to get upgraded the suite was lovely, light and had great views. Loved the quirky funicular to get out and into the hotel

Great staff, great location, very pleasurable stay.

Pros: The staff I think, deserves the most of our praise. Nothing was a problem. Whether an extra duvet ,extra dressing gown ,forgotten room tresor pin — everything was dealt with promptly, professionally and with smile. The hotel is on a top of a hill, away from the business and smog of the city below, good for sleep and rest. But it is within a short distance to all major transportation at the same time. Presidential castle, Petrin, the famous Charles Bridge ,Petrin Gardens and the centre are in walking distance. There is a small cabin -like lift running at all times up the hill for the guests. It is a 2 minutes ride commanding good views over the city. Overall a very pleasant stay and... the small but propper sauna and swimming pool came right handy in the December's temperatures!

Cons: With the hotel's Christmas prices challenging the best hotels ones in the city, the rooms could do with a interior design and furniture update. These I guess go back to the 80 /90s and one could tell a little. The Cable TV was dragging sometimes which is a bit of a disappointment when watching a nice film. But none of these made our stay less enjoyable at all.

Cons: Waiting time for the tram to get in and out of the hotel is sometimes long due to the large number of guests waiting their turn

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are polite, friendly, and provide service with ease, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. Special mention goes to Nikola, who provided outstanding service with a truly personal, caring, and attentive approach. She assisted us with directions and went above and beyond to help us with a personal delivery that was sent to the hotel. Her kindness and dedication made a real difference in our stay. The spa is very pleasant, and it is especially nice that it is open until 10:00 PM, which is perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Near the hotel — about a 15-minute walk away — there is a beautiful park that offers the best viewpoint of magical Prague.

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice atmosphere and good location. The staff was very nice.

Pros: The spa and the rooms are a great size. The cable car is great fun. Nice gluwine when you arrive and some small cakes. Water in the rooms with tea and coffee.

Return visit

Pros: Spacious room with a tree lined view. Very quiet with the windows shut. Decent breakfast. Up a cable car so close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Provided additional things like shoe horn, brush/comb, and complimentary still water. Good coffee machine.

Cons: Our room was right next to a busy park which wasn't ideal but was very quiet at night time which is the main thing.
