Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Тhe staff was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and I felt very relaxed throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful.

Cons: I truly have no complaints at all – everything exceeded my expectations.

Very good!

Pros: Great hotel, located a bit outside the city center, but very easily accessible by public transport (300 meters to metro line B). Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and soundproof. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Crostislav!

Pros: - Rooms are quite spacious, - Beds are good and soft, with sux pillows. - Amentities are well stuffed. - Staff is helpfull and supportive. - Rooms are soundproof and well serviced.

Cons: - Location far away from stations, Only Andel metro in 500 meters. - Nespresso Coffee machine did not work.

Pros: I loved the variety of options at the breakfast and that my room was always super clean when I came back to my room.

Cons: Nothing that needs to be mentioned.

Very comfortable, very nice staff and accommodation

Pros: It was clean and quiet, the breakfast was nice (only I would recommend waking up earlier, because when we went for breakfast a little later, almost all the warm food was gone - but that’s not a minus, it was probably our fault for sleeping in haha)

Comfortable stay in a nice and green part of the city

Pros: The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was extensive and also pretty tasty, and the location of the hotel was really good - 4 minutes walk to Andel metro stop on the B line and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons: The shower wasn't great, as the shower head holder was not adjustable, meaning that we had to hold the shower head when showering. The smart TV in the room offered a Netflix app and a Youtube app but neither of them were working as the software needed to be updated and we were not able to update it ourselves.

I recommend this hotel overall, but you can find better location.

Pros: as I only reserved room, The room and facility inside the room expect me and cleanness was one of the criteria of this hotel. shopping mal and retail store like lidl and tesco and albert is close to this hotel.

Cons: if you want a hotel near city center you may have better option to find. whatever metro access and public transportation is near of this hotel. the distance of this location to city center is nearly 2.4km.
