Pros: The experience was very good, check in via code without any key handover or delay and elevator with parking was so useful.

Cons: There was strange smell when we arrived but opening the windows helped and it disappeared.

Pros: Everything is great (clean, quiet, modern, huge apartments) in a great location. Except for the parking. The parking space is extremely tight and the gate door doesn't have a sensor to prevent it from hitting your car if it is under it, so our car was almost damaged.

Pros: The location is excellent — public transportation is very close to the apartment building, only about a 2-minute walk away. Perfect! Check-in was very easy and everything was clearly explained in the instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had large windows providing plenty of natural light. Communication with the administration via WhatsApp was very quick and friendly; any questions I had were promptly addressed. The area is quiet, which is very important to me, and I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

Cons: The only small downside (if it can even be called that) was that the TV channels were only in Czech — there were no English channels.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the property staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their attentiveness made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated all the assistance they provided. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with plenty of local attractions and dining options nearby, which made exploring the area a breeze.

Pros: The apartments are well located because a tram stop is just near and you can easily get to the city center by tram 22. Also there are nice cafes near (we liked Flat cafe a lot). It was very clean when we arrived. Apartment managers were always available via WhatsApp.

Excellent stay

Pros: Clean, spacious, and comfortable – nothing missing! Even in hot weather, high ceilings kept it cool without AC. Great location: 10 min by public transport to the center (stop 1 min away), with shops, restaurants, and a park nearby. Safe private parking (€20/day) with a narrow entrance, but our Ford Galaxy fit fine. Staff were friendly, responsive, and professional.

Cons: Minor notes: slight bathroom smell, average shower pressure, and sofa bed squeaks when unfolded – I’m sure the staff, who have proved to be very responsive and efficient, will fix it asap. Overall, an excellent stay – we’d gladly return!

Pros: Really big apartment, really clean and amazing facilities! They take dogs which was amazing for us as we have a small dog. We checked-in at 3am through self check-in. Very flexible and good value for the money! Hughly recommended:)
