Apart Hotel Susa

Pros: The girl at reception when I checked in was really nice. She told me where the rooms are and how all works. A smile is always a nice plus at the moment of arrival :) The room was way bigger than expected with a super nice bathroom and all necessary amenities to have a great and chill stay. The location is nice and easy to reach. I will surely book it again when I have to spend the night in Prague. Greetings from Louny! <3

Cons: The check out was at 10:30. Would be nice to be prolonged for 30 minutes or 1 hour more, but I understand there are logistics there :) All the best, guys. You're doing great! :)

Good hotel, great location

Pros: - Great location - very convenient for getting around - Clean, comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall stay - Everyday room cleaning is included

Cons: - You can hear other guests from nearby rooms (soundproofing could be better) - Hot water in the shower worked inconsistently - Breakfast gets repetitive - it's the exact same every day, it would be much better if they varied breakfast, for example by changing how eggs are prepared instead of serving hard-boiled eggs every day

Lovely apartments with everything inside.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Cleaned, big space, comfortable bed, good helping staff .. etc

Cons: Missing a hair dryer inside the apartment. But not necessary for me.

Perfect stay

Pros: Great location, large apt. quiet and organized. Daily cleaning if needed, average good breakfast. Pleaseant staff with Manager Tomas always on point. Very good wifi with any issue, perfect public transport at two steps forward.

If we were to come to prague, we would stay here again

Pros: The location was fantastic, very well-connected to the centre and the rest of the city! A metro station and a bus station just a 5 minute walk away. The locks were a bit, well not loose but they were “looser” than we expected, although I wouldn’t say we felt unsafe as the apartments were strictly accessible to guests and it was well-secured. The staff was very very friendly, we would always come back to the apartment clean and even the dishes were washed (thank you!!). We were able to leave our luggage in the reception while we idled around the city after our check-out, which was a huge help. The room heating was very good, we were never cold. The breakfast also lived up to our expectations, modest.

Cons: The bed was not king-sized, which was a bit of a downer for me and my partner as it made sleeping together kind of hard, but it wasn’t something that affected our stay a lot. The only thing that was a big downer was that the only time we could take a hot shower was in the morning, as the boiler or something was probably empty by the time we came back from the city.

Overall, good value for money.

Pros: Excellent location, nice strolling towards the center. The metro station is also, very close, as well as the bus stop. Welcoming and helpful staff. Also, good choice for breakfast.

Cons: Maybe changing of bed linen and towels, at least once, in a more than few days stay.

Good value for money and It was more than my expectations.

Pros: Its location was good near the tram station and everything was by tram or bus like old town and prague castle. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary stuff that an apartment has like small kitchen, cupboards, heating and clean bathroom. The host was really helpful and a nice person. I didn’t find any problem at that place. He was nice enough to keep our luggage for couple of hours when we checked out. Would totally recommend it.

Cons: The main issue was bed. It was separated like 2 separated mattress which were uncomfortable for me and my wife. It was good for 2 people like friends but not for couples and the breakfast was really basic like there was just basic stuff thats it no scrambled eggs and other stuff. All and all good value for money.

Affordable and clean

Pros: I cannot complain much for the prize that we paid for two nights, including the breakfast. You cannot expect the Ritz, but the accommodation was more than OK. Everything was there. The sheets were clean. The beds were good. The bathroom was clean, except the kitchen, there was some spill from the previous guest. But we quickly clean it ourselves. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice apartment in Prague

Pros: The room was very spacious and had a large bathroom and a kitchen area which we found very useful during our stay. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants on the doorstep. Basic but free breakfast included.

Cons: It felt very hot and dry in the room and we could open the windows. The bed was very creaky.

Really fair sized, and a great location.

Pros: Some lovely restaurants are really close, for example, a Vietnamese restaurant just a few doors down the street, excellent, and two streets down and to the left, Las Adelitas, if you're in the mood for Mexican.

Cons: I was told there'd be a living room, with a couch, where I intended to sleep as have a bad left shoulder, but that was not the case.
