Well located, well presented apartment with helpful staff at a good price!

Pros: Great location in the middle of Vinohrady, good sized and well presented apartments, helpful reception staff even a small Gym!

Pros: Very nice place—comfortable, clean, and with an amazing sauna. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was that my flat wasn’t cleaned daily like a typical hotel. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Pros: We liked that it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast although basic was good.

Cons: We didn’t like the fact that coffee wasn’t replenished in the room and you had to buy them. Jo

Perfect home outside of home

Pros: Amazing stay in the heart of Vinohrady. We moved here for a week as our flat was getting reconstructed and felt like home immediately. Cosy room and very pleasant staff; sauna, small gym and billiard were just cherries on the top. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to Prague (or looking for temporary home:))

Cons: I must admit that the bathtube is really a bit high as some reviews suggest so could be a problem for people with mobility issues to get in/out.

Comfortable room, excellent staff, shame about the broken shower next to the sauna.

Pros: The room was lovely. Ernest, who was on the reception desk was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. He is an asset to your business.

Cons: We wanted a sauna however we were told that the shower wasn’t working which meant either putting our clothes on to a sweaty body or use the lift up to the third floor using a towel to cover us. We used the towel to cover us and we suffered the indignity of members of the public getting into our lift. It was very embarrassing. We are coming back to stay on Thursday, let’s hope that the shower is fixed.

Pros: The personel was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very limited for someone on a gluten free diet, I appreciate that it was served very early. Perfect location, on a stone's throw from the railway station and city center.

Wonderful aparthotel not far from central Prague

Pros: Our first thoughts when seeing the room was that it was extremely spacious. There is a large double bed, a sofa as well as a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. It had all facilities you would need: combi microwave, small hob, fridge, dishwasher and more. We had an extremely warm welcome from Ernest who checked us in. He gave us a lot of useful tips and recommendations for places to eat in the local area. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, about 20 minutes walk from central Prague. There is a metro station nearby but we chose the 20-30 minutes walk which was quite ok. Breakfast is continental but more than ample. We hope to stay there again.

Pros: Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice neighbourhood, very green. Cafes and bars around. Equiped kitchen, coffee machine. Washing room (detergent pods sold on place). Sauna, pool table.

Cons: Some surfaces on furniture needs cleaning Dining table is too big for the space
