Staff is nice and the building is so calm. Perfect for a small stay at vinohrady !
Pros: Being close to the tramway, metro and bus. The inside of the room is clean and it has a complete set of tools for cooking, showering, watching tv... All of these advantages for this price, amazing!!
Cons: Literally nothing can be criticized

Pros: Excellent location. I.P. Pavlova tram and metro station is one minute walk away. No need to request breakfast as dozen breakfast eateries are around, like in a 10 minute walk radius. Expert advice: if you book Apartment 51 on the 5th floor (elevator goes to Floor 4), you will have another 10 steps up. If you want to ventilate your apartment, you have to open any of the roof windows and while you keep it open, close the handle and lower the window back. There will be some gap to let the fresh air in. (At least, that's how we could ventilate as there were no particular instructions.) There are more than 2000 satellite channels available, you can even listen Marrakesh Radio. :)
Cons: I had some arguments with a guy while checkin-in at the Reception. Previously I was prompted to complete online check-in but I was not able to do so. Exchanging some online messages with a guy named Martin, he understood the situation that my travel document and proof of ID will be my Western Australian Driver's License but I am not allowed to make a digital copy of this and send it online to a third party. He made sure that checking-in in person will be okay and I just have to ignore those automated online prompts. After arriving at the Reception, the guy working there (he said he is not Martin) did not want to accept my WA DL and wanted to refuse my booking. Showing him this online chat with Martin, he said he was familiar with this messaging but still cannot accept my DL. Asked him if he can read anywhere in these messages that I will need to have a Passport to check-in, he said no but still wanted to refuse me... Finally I found a photo of my passport in my phone as I was traveling in Africa recently and took it, just in case, accepting that picture he finally checked me in. But the whole procedure took almost half an hour. I do understand that a traveller needs to have a passport on hand but since it was my 7th holiday in Prague (first time in snowy winter) and never experienced such issues with my Driver's License, during the online communication a rep of this hotel / apartment house should have explained if rules have changed and there is no way to check-in without a passport.

A lovely stay and we would return.
Pros: Location Size and facilities of apartment were excellent Quiet Spotlessly clean Easy walk to Wencelas Square
Cons: A little stressful and difficult out of hours entry. They email you a code but we did not receive it. Staff did not appear that friendly, but maybe its just how it came across

Would definitely stay again on return to Prague!
Pros: Great location to explore the city, very clean, easy self check in and out, modern and well kept room
Cons: Can hear sirens outside at night even with the double windows but this is within an old building so I would expect this

Great location with modern facility
Pros: The location is convenient esp. if you arrive by train as it is only two stops from Prague main train station by metro Line C and the accommodation is around the corner of one of the exits of the metro stop. There is a lift access but you still need to walk up or walk down a flight of stairs as the lift is operated between the floors. The apartment is well furnished and modern. The staff is very responsive and provided us an early check-in upon our arrival at 11 am, which is greatly appreciated. This is the only apartment of our trip that provides a clean pair sleepers for each guest which we find very helpful (we packed out own hotel slippers but by the time we reached Prague - our last stop in Europe they are pretty worn out)
Cons: There is no toaster provided at the apartment and we were not able to have toast for breakfast.

«Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα»
Pros: The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. The room was spotless, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and everything was well taken care of down to the smallest detail. It was clear that cleaning was done thoroughly and on a daily basis, not just superficially. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I would definitely choose it again.
