Amazing location, amazing staff and perfect for families!
Pros: We were greeted at the reception and showed the property. Everything was super clean, beds were arranged as we requested in advance and the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The location is amazing, everything is reachable by foot and restaurants + supermarkets are just around the corner. Staff cleaned the apartment daily, including dishes. We will definitely go back!
Cons: Nothing really. Everything was great!

Pros: Pleasantly surprised with the facilities for such a price. I was on a trip with my family, so 4 people. The apartment was very spacious with 2 rooms and a living room. 2 bathrooms was a plus as well. It has an excellent heating system and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

Pros: We had a very good stay and felt truly welcomed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an inconvenience on our side as we accidentally left the keys inside the room late at night. However, within about 10 minutes a very kind man arrived and helped us resolve the situation. We really appreciated this quick support. The approach to guests feels very personal. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small surprise left on the table. The staff also offered to clean the room, even though our stay was only for two nights. The room itself is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. All the places we wanted to visit were nearby, and the staff also recommended interesting spots around the area. The internet connection worked well without any issues.
Cons: As for minor downsides, there were no slippers provided. The living room floor is old and quite noisy, so slippers would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, our request for them was forgotten. The walls are also a bit thin, and we could hear a child crying in a nearby room for part of the day.

One of the best stays I have ever stayed in
Pros: That was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Spotless clean, amazing customer service, great location, all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Simply amazing. Our children even got kids towels with Pokemon and cartoon characters, we got bottle of wine, fruit basket, ... 10/10 for sure.

Pros: We were greeted by host with 24 hour reception desk at 02.00, which was amazing after a long trip. The staff are so helpful, informative, booked taxi to airport- nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Accommodation for our group of 6 was clean and modern with daily cleaner and super comfortable beds. Lovely little touches such as Prosecco and fruit. Easy access to centre of Prague, excellent transport on trams but we walked everywhere and loved it!
Cons: The only thing we would have liked is some tea and coffee sachets to make it perfect!

Perfect base for exploring Prague
Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at Residence Vocelova. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and we particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was easy. The location is brilliant with a metro/tram station just around the corner and it's only a 20 minute walk to the centre of the Old Town.
