Pros: Andre at reception is just an an amazing person. From the moment we arrived he went out of his way to assist. The first evening he stood in the cold waiting with us on taxi running late. The next day the transport company had no cars available, again he made a plan to get us to out pick up point. He is a asset to the Orion Hotel Group.

Pros: The apartments are large and spacious. The staff was amazing, especially the man at the reception. The cleaning staff was friendly too.

Cons: I would have appreaciated more essential items such as hair dryers and more hangers. Maybe a little more decoration in the rooms

Pros: everything was clean, and bright and comfortable with a functioning kitchen and dining space.

Absolutely superb for a city trip

Pros: I can truly recommend everyone who wants to do a city trip to Prague to stay here. Big apartment with nice high ceilings,, comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. It is a bit outside the centre so you pay a better price, although everything in Prague is easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro station.

Cons: Location is a bit outside the historical city center, but with the metro station nearby you can reach the touristic area rather quickly. The kitchenette is relatively limited, so don't expect to cook large meals yourself.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is quite spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great – close to the city center, with shops, restaurants, and public transport stops nearby. Highly recommended!

Cons: It wasn’t a problem for me, but it might be useful for others to know: the elevator goes up to the 4th floor, and you need to walk one more flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 5th floor.

Good experience, will stay again for next visit and to recommend to colleagues and friends.

Pros: Good location and very clean, separated lounge is very suitable for business purposes. Friendly staff.

Cons: Bathroom door stopper is a bit of danger.

Nice and spacious flat in the heart of Vinohrady

Pros: The apartment was clean, easy to access and situated in a great and vibrant location only a couple of minutes from the subway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The Wifi was decent and the staff were nice and helpful.

Cons: Just a small tip: there was a coffee machine so coffee filters would be appreciated. Otherwise all was good.

Good value for money

Pros: Andrii and Anton was super helpful and nice, really felt that if anything needed they always here to help, so reception that is working 24/7 with staff willing to help is just amazing

Cons: The bed was too small, please fix the shower

It’s was nice to have our own apartment for our stay in Prague.

Pros: Large apartment space with good temperature in the rooms.

Cons: There was no hot water on the last morning of our stay (it worked the first two days), the pillows were way too big and the stove top was not hot enough to cook on so we had to use the microwave to cook a pasta dish and house keeping was provided daily but didn’t include cleaning/replacing the dishes. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay.
