Great stay in a new residence in the heart of Praha.

Pros: Great stay in a new residence, with all new appliances/bed/mattress !! Modern, quiet, a 5-min. walk from a metro station in a residential area, surrounded by numerous bars/restaurants.

Cons: Communication !! Receiving duplicated emails (both via Booking and directly from their own email address), with repetitive information and 'annoying' questions (timing of check-in/out, while it is electronic with no human interference). TOO MUCH INFORMATION KILLS INFORMATION, as there is a risk of not reading them after a while. On the positive side, their information was clear (so it didn't need to be repeated !!).

Great stay in Vinohrady

Pros: Easy check in. Clean space. Nice design. Good wifi. Perfect location. Great price for what you get. Easy checkout as well. Our flat even had a balcony.

Cons: Everything was good. I was maybe missing small human touch. You get automated messages via a chat bot. And nobody greets you or you in general don't meet anyone in your whole stay.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood. Cute cafés nearby, metro station just a 2-minute walk away — very handy. The apartment is bright, freshly renovated, with really high-quality furniture. There is a nice bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The couch by the ceiling windows is especially cozy when it’s raining or snowing outside

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: I loved the location near the subway, it had 2 large comfortable beds in the bedroomand a separateliving space. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Could do with lamps in both rooms and possibly cushions on the sofa to add to comfort. Bigger duvets and extra pillows would also be a bonus.

Pros: comfortable and family-friendly stay.The location was convenient, the amenities were well maintained, and the check-in process was smooth, which made travelling with children easy. The property was **clean, hygienic, and felt safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience for families.

Cons: However, there was no prior notification that the lift was not operational, and our room was on the 5th floor, which caused significant inconvenience—especially while travelling with luggage and family. This information should have been clearly communicated before arrival, as it directly affects guest comfort and accessibility. Better transparency would have improved the experience.

Pros: The property is in a great location, close to the metro and tram, and it’s only a 30-minute walk to the old town. The apartment is clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. The host is very responsive, and the check-in process is easy.
