Fab stay

Pros: It was at a great place. Quite near to the tram station and very near to the new town adventures. A small super market was just opposite the place. Mostly the staff was awesome. All three whom we met were very helpful and very considerate. Quite a fabulous stay we had. I would really want to be back there.

Lovely apartment. 20 mins walk or more to centre.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Poor room to be in not a very good selection, poor quality. Most things ran out and were not topped up. Not 4 star.

Cons: Breakfast room and breakfast

Pros: The hotel is located not inside of the old town, so the surrounding is a little bit calmer and not too full of people on the street as in the old town. The location is also quite strategic. It is near a park which is good for our dogs, supermarkets, restaurants and tram stations. It's also not that far from the main train station and the old town and we could reach them by foot. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also gives free mineral water and we can also make coffee and tea for free using the machine in the lobby. The room is quite big and has everything we need and everything inside the room is very clean. The hotel is soundproof, since the noise from the big street in front of the hotel doesn't go through inside the hotel.

Cons: The temperature of the tap water in the kitchen and in the bathroom is not stable. The water suddenly became hot or cold. It's difficult to maintain the temperature. There is no hook to hang hand towel so we had to hang it above the heater, which is a bit far from the water basin. Some parts of the floor in the living room are quacking and it shakes the cupboard nearby when we step on it. The breakfast doesn't have many variations.

Really kind people

Pros: The people is very kind and the breakfast is great. Dont know the name of one of the Sirs in the reception who was really kind and gave me support when my son was at the hospital , he was asking constantly if I needed something

Pros: Absolute no brainer. Location is just perfect, walkable to most tourist attractions. Comfortable stay and good breakfast. Andrea, Maxim and two gentlemen at the breakfast counter ( forgot their names ) were all Stars !!

Highly recommend

Pros: The hotel is located close to the city centre and the monuments, so everything was within walking distance. The apartment itself met our expectations. The rooms were comfy, the kitchen was pretty good equipped, the bathroom was small, but decent. It was clean and quite quiet, as our flat was on the 4th floor. The most valuable thing was the staff. The man at the reception desk was cheerful, always willing to help and assist us. There are no words to describe his positive and welcoming attitude. Also, the staff in the breakfast room and in the kitchen was very polite. When it comes to breakfast, we cannot say anything negative about it. The range of food was good, adequate to the hotel's standard. Overall, I can recommend this spot if you want to visit Prague and stay nearby the historical centre.

Cons: Only the shower could be bigger. Personally, as I am pretty slim, I had no problems with taking a shower, however, my dad couldn't have washed himself without opening the shower's door.

Convenient location.excelkent rooms and staff would happily return

Pros: We were upgraded to the most fabulous rooftop suite. With views across Prague. Spacious, clean with all facilities you’d need. Excellent breakfast and great staff. The location is very convenient within walking distance to Wenceslas square and Town Hall square beyond. Public transport close by. Hard to fault.

Great stay!

Pros: Room was huge! Large king size bed that was very comfortable in a huge room. A nice cot was also provided for my baby with her own set of baby toiletries which was a lovely touch! Balcony with a great view off the bedroom. The living room was also huge with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast had a good selection. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer, will definitely be back!

Rellaxing without any worries

Pros: We love what you offer in breakfast and in the room the baby cot and baby bath But what we love the most was the man in reception!he was always willing to help us with stroller and luggage.we will never forget his service

Cons: The very low temperature of aircondition in the room the first day and in the breakfast room The cleaning girl was not really friendly .

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very central location and perfect for getting to know the city. The room is great, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Rich and varied breakfast. The staff at the hotel is charming, helpful and always ready to help. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Highly recommended.
