Pros: Great location. Very spacious. Amazing mattresses, so good night's sleep. Close to Metro

Cons: Would have liked a few extra bits in the kitchen or T-Towel,; oven gloves. Bedside lights to enable reading before sleep.

We had an amazing time in Prague & Wenceslas Square Residence had a big part to play in that

Pros: It’s was a lovely apartment with great facility’s, both bedrooms en-suite in a quiet area just off Wenceslas Square. A perfect location to enjoy all the Christmas festivities

Cons: There is a need to sort out a suitable bag drop location for early flight arrivals, a long trek across the city wasn’t the perfect start to our holiday

Excellent location and apartment

Pros: Excellent location! Just across the wenceslas square and very near to the old town on foot. Tram, metro all in a walking distance. Spacious and clean apartment.

Cons: The fact that we had to pay to leave our (€5 each) for just 1 hour in a nearby hotel. I think with the amount that you pay, you expect a bit of convenience. Moreover, check in was exactly at 3 pm and check out exactly at 10 am.

I rate the location and area very highly; however, the management approach could certainly be improv

Pros: The location was excellent, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

Cons: Unfortunately, the deposit process was inconvenient and poorly timed. The request appeared only one day before arrival, when I was already abroad without roaming access, making it difficult to respond. While this could have been communicated more clearly, the staff’s handling of the situation felt unhelpful and lacked flexibility. As a hotel manager myself, I found this disappointing.

Pros: Comfortable, big bathroom kitchen facilities, easy entrance, lift or stairs, excellent communication

Cons: Building difficult to find as signage did not match booking details, TV didn’t work, no tea towel
