Riben House Prague

Pros: Really nice property, good facilities for a few days stay in Prague. Spotlessly clean.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the city center. Convenient parking available. The reception is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The staff—especially at the reception—were very professional and helpful. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and well-maintained.

Cons: There are two showers and only one toilet. It would be more practical to have two toilets instead—even if that meant having just one shower.

Run by tech not by people so any problems aren’t straight forward fixes

Pros: Room was comfortable, spacious and accessible. Shower was nice!

Cons: Not clear how to enter, not clear how to access laundry, messaged the property and got an automatic chat which was a bit stressful arriving at 10pm and just wanting to go to bed. Only have a fan not an aircon. Also we went to use the lockers and the passcode we put in opened any of the in-use lockers as well which meant we couldn’t leave our bags safely.

Noisy neighbours but great apartment

Pros: The location was fantastic, so close to the centre, shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple, as we arranged for the taxi to take us straight to the hotel for the keys. The apartment was spacious, bedrooms large, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen had basic items, and a cooker, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Beds were comfy and the place felt secure.

Cons: Noise from the street throughout the night and neighbours above was too much. There was signs to say no noise after 10pm but it continued till 5am. The kitchen was basic, small cups and no decent sized glasses. Only one TV in apartment, and no communal seating except for uncomfortable chairs in kitchen. Meant having one bedroom as a communal space.

Pros: Location and bedroom area. Also a place to store luggage before check-in

Cons: Had to go to a different location to receive check-in instructions. Then go to my accomodation after they printed off a piece of paper, which could’ve been easily resolved by sending check-in details over email or having one of the staff members meet us.

Pros: We were told prior to arrival where to go and how to check in. Receptionist were very helpful and assisted with every request speedily. We recommend Riben House highly.

Cons: It can be noisy in the street but we were there in peak summer holiday season, so it's understandable.

Great location, practical and large room

Pros: Key collection was simple and the staff on reception were extremely helpful. Room was as described and in a very good location to explore Prague.

Pros: Check-in and check-out were quick, rooms were clean and big enough.

Cons: It was a problem with the dishwasher and washing machine - they didn't work well

Good value for money for somewhere to sleep and shower.

Pros: It was a short walk to the old town approx 15mins. It was good value for money. The studio was basic but clean. Shampoo and shower gel were provided too. We didn’t spend much time in the studio as we were out all day exploring the city- so the studio was fine to shower and sleep.

Cons: The curtains weren’t hung properly- so they didn’t close and sunlight would start shining through at 5am. There were cups and sugar available but no Kettle. The street outside was quite noisy early morning esp when windows were open overnight bot ventilation.

For sure I’ll come back to this place.

Pros: I had a great stay at the apartment in Prague! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything I wanted to see and very well connected by public transport. On top of that, the price was really good for such a central place. Everything was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cons: There are a few minor issues with the apartment, such as a broken toilet flap, a loose door handle, and a faucet on the sink. Other than that, everything was great.
