Very good hotel

Pros: Located close to the center and not expensive. Room was clean and big.

Cons: I do not like breakfast. Need to wait long time for the girl who prepare coffee. And she even do not say hello to you. Choice to eat very limited and not tasty. Maximum possible to eat it is bread

A few days of sightseeing in Prague by car.

Pros: Close to the center, parking available, comfortable bed. Authentic beer-restaurants in the area.

Pros: The location, the staff were superb. Very good plentiful breakfast, clean rooms.

Cons: Just an FYI for those who are looking for an air conditioned hotel. As of Sept 1, the AC is turned off centrally regardless of the weather. We were lucky as the nights were already cool

Great value, however staff needs training.

Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was also prime!

Cons: The staff members were a bit rude and invasive at times. There was a miscommunication among the staff members regarding city taxes we had to pay, which was not explained properly to us. Also, the upgrade we've done to the room could only be paid in cash which I found very doggy. The facilities could be better.

Pros: Great location, room was spacious, with a fab bathroom. Breakfast was good, and dining area was always clean and tidy. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Cons: The pillows were awful!! That was the only thing I can fault.

Pros: Day receptionist was super nice, helpfull and professional. The room is quite nice.

Cons: One statf member was rude to my son, she constantly interrupted him when he tried to get water for his bottle and wouldn't let him speak.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception. We felt warmly welcomed.

It suited us well, the room was clean , a lovely big bathroom and comfortable bed.

Pros: The breakfast was just right for us, a good selection of items to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

Cons: The bacon could have been a little more grilled/cooked but that is just my preference.

Pros: Breakfast was good, location is great for train station and all sights, good value for money

Pros: The staff was very very kind and very helpful. To my birthday i got a surpise. That was really nice of the hotel. Thank you!
