Mikulášská - Old Town Square View Residence

Pleasant stay, except from the poor communication. Although we had informed that the estimated time of arrival was 12:00

Pros: The apartment was spacious , clean and the location was perfect.

Cons: Reaching the reception on the phone we were given was impossible. We had to communicate only by emails. Quite poor wi-fi.

Just brilliant! Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pros: Location was incredible. Very cosy, warm and well equipped. Staff very helpful and responsive!

Pros: Location - I've never been better while travelling to a city. Apartment - Clean, warm, big. Service - Nice, professional, efficient. I took care of everything over the phone.

Prague Birds Eye View

Pros: The location is exceptional, right on the old town square overlooking the Christmas markets. Heaters work well. Lounge room is spacious and the 2 large windows have excellent views. Good restaurants below and everything is within walking distance.

Cons: The towels(not good quality) for each bathroom are on the floor as there are no hooks and nowhere to put towels and toiletries. Bathrooms are separate, not ensuite. There are 2 bedrooms only- the third double bed is in the lounge room. It would have been nice for some long life milk, a few coffee pods, tea bags to be provided as in almost every other property we have stayed. There is an elevator but still have to navigate some stairs. Everything works on codes and messages from the company via an app. 10am checkout is early.

Amazing apartment

Pros: The accommodation was of high standard, clean and modern. The chandeliers were gorgeous. The location was perfect and minutes walk to everywhere. It was right on old town Square. The communication with then was excellent and they were quickly responsive to every message. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, also a bed in the main room. I would highly recommend 👌

Cons: The only negative was the lighting when putting the code in for the apartment as it was quite dark by the doorway

Pros: Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Everything you could want/need on a short city break.

Cons: The rooms were very hot- the radiators weren’t on, but it could get very very warm around the apartment. (A late October stay)

Pros: The location is amazing. You can walk to Charles Bridge. Food is easy to get, convenience stores ar your doorstep. The check-in process is online. If you follow the instructions, it is quote straightforward. I had some issues with the check-in code because my phone battery died, but the staff I contacted was very nice and helpful. Overall it was a really pleasant place, suitable for our family travelling with kids. The photos are exactly what you get.

Cons: Nothing much. The only thing would be that you need to bring your own body soap and shampoo, which isn't very practical when you are on holiday.
