We loved our stay, we loved Prauge our stay was too short and we will definitely be back again

Pros: Loved the location. It was central to all the attractions of Prauge. The apartment, which was lovely, was full of charm and was clean and had everything you needed for a short or long stay.

Will hopefully be back again.

Pros: An absolutely perfect location overlooking the main square. From our window we could see the Christmas market, listen to the music and enjoy the feel of Christmas in Prague. The rooms were large, clean, warm and comfortable. The bed was exceptional. In terms of accommodation fitout we couldn't have asked for more

Cons: The only downside was not having tea/coffee and no tea towel. As travelers who arrived late we had no supplies with us and had no idea where the food shops were. Just a couple of tea bags/coffee and sugar would have made all the difference to our arrival experience.

Excellent apartment in a central location.

Pros: A wonderful apartment right on the square, possibly the best location available. The apartment was roomy, clean and (importantly at that time of year) warm too!

Stay was good considering the location and the view.

Pros: The apartment is located in the heart of Old Town. A perfect location to explore the old town on foot.

Cons: There were several basic items missing, including dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, cleaning supplies, and kitchen towels. Additionally, we learned that cleaning services are provided only if the apartment is booked for five or more nights, which was unexpected. As there was no vacuum cleaner available in the apartment, it was particularly inconvenient to maintain cleanliness, especially while staying with children. Please DO NOT use the cab service provided by the apartment. They do not take accountability or responsibility for the service in the event of any issues. In our case, we requested the driver to take a short diversion of approximately 3–4 km due to a personal errand. Additionally, the driver placed our 17-month-old child on a very uncomfortable and inadequate “child seat,” which was merely a seat cushion rather than a proper child safety seat. As a result of the rough motion during the ride, our child experienced mild motion sickness and vomited slightly; however, this did not soil the car or leave any stains. Despite this, the driver charged us €160 instead of the original €35 fare, plus reasonable additional charges. Even accounting for the diversion, the total cost should not have exceeded €50–60, comparable to a standard Uber fare. When I approached the apartment receptionist for assistance, he was unwilling to help. I asked him to inspect the car and confirm whether there were any stains, and stated that I would pay the full amount if any stain was found. Unfortunately, he neither checked the vehicle nor offered any support in resolving the situation.

Cons: Only complaint was the back bedroom was very hot as air condition units from the restaurants underneath pumping out hot air constantly. Though fan provided

Amazing location

Pros: Excellent location! Beautiful loft overlooking Old Town Square.

Cons: The lift was a little temperamental with 4 flights of stairs but we worked it out.

Pros: Spacious rooms, everything we needed and right in the middle of town.

Fabulous location large apartment with excellent view right in the heart of Prague. Small balcony. Coffee machine toaste

Pros: Location superb. Size of the property. The view out the windows is gold.

Cons: Broken balcony door, no coffee /tea supplied. No ice trays. Shoe horn came in handy to keep window open.

A fantastic and very central location - great for our whole family.

Pros: Our main purpose for the visit that this time of year was to visit the Christmas markets... and we were very spoilt by the location of this apartment, and the view of the markets from our windows was AMAZING!.

Cons: A simple coffee machine, such as a Nespresso pod system would have made the experience with out fault. Unfortunately the drip machine on offer is simply not practical for short stays where exploring is the priority and an early morning coffee is part of the normal routine.
