Residence St Havel Prague Old Town

Pros: Excellent location right in the middle of old town, great facilities & communication, luggage storage a big plus for early arrival, everything you need for a perfect break

Cons: TV stations - not much choice

A great accommodation experience in a fantastic location that met most of my expectations.

Pros: Great location, close to all the places you might want to see.

Cons: Since I was traveling with a child, I specifically preferred a place with a kitchen. It was an unpleasant surprise to find a mini-fridge instead of a regular one.

Pros: The apartment was big and the heat was perfect all the day and the night

Can't rate highly enough!

Pros: Can't rate this place highly enough. Apartment is amazing, super spacious, all amenities you could need, super location very central to everything. Even though we didn't avail of it every day breakfast was top class too.

Cons: No towels on arrival, but I contacted the numbers provided and they had been left in by the time we were back from breakfast day 2.

Home away from home

Pros: The hotel is in excellent location, in the middle of the city. The apartment is huge, well equipped, it had everything we needed.

Cons: It was difficult to use the shower without a shower curtain.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Cons: Everything was great until the end where we had an issue with the luggage storage room although the staff was able to find a quick solution so not an issue really.

Great location & beautiful apartment

Pros: Amazing location, our apartment (the roof top suite) was huge & amazing with really comfy bed & great facilities

Cons: Heating was on the cold side & not possible to control in the apartment

Pros: Absolutely perfect location ... right in the middle of old town yet really quiet Clean rooms and has everything u need The washing machine was a huge help for our 6 day stay

Cons: They dont clean the rooms in between the stay ... its an additional charge ... but it was fine ... we landed on Christmas day so we had to call and get the entrance key .. dint receive it before

When in Prague, stay at the Residence St. Havel. We will definitely stay here if we visit the city again

Pros: Awesome location, right in the centre of Prague old town’s Havelska square. Lovely heritage building, beautifully restored. A real home away from home.

Cons: Nothing really. It was all very nice.

Great location - central to everything and only a short walk from the main train station - good value for money.

Pros: It was perfect for our needs and in a great central location.

Cons: Some initial confusion with entry to the building but that was more operator error!
