Exactly what I wanted and needed

Pros: The location was perfect and hygiene was really good. Everything was clean and neat. Care was taken when preparing the room, including filling the coffee machine with water and placing 2 water bottles in the fridge. All the little touches were noticed and appreciated.

Good rooms, very friendly (cleaning) staff but uncommon building for us

Pros: Cleaning staff was very friendly and willing to help, despite a small language barrier. Could drop our bags earlier then check in.

Cons: Most rooms are located in a sort of secondary part of the building. You go past the supreme rooms at the top floor, to go down again through a different staircase to the 3rd/1st floor to access the other rooms. This might be something common in Prague, not sure. Could have been communicated more precisely. As it also quite dark at night (there are lights, but you have to switch these on manually), it made for some adventure on our first night. Would still recommend for couples. Whilst we did not feel unsafe in the neighborhood, if you’re a female traveling alone who is scared in the dark, might reconsider.

Pros: “Everything was a 10/10. At check-in time you receive the entry instructions, in two separate messages. Don’t panic! Just follow the steps, enter the codes, and you’ll get the keys for the building entrance and for the room. It’s quiet, clean, warm in winter, and there’s also air conditioning. The location is 1 minute on foot from the Astronomical Clock and 5 minutes from Charles Bridge. Excellent value for money!”

Awesome location

Pros: Great location, brilliant rooms, great soup and shampoo, clean towels, clean kettle and coffee machine

Cons: A bit confusing check-in process and you need check emails for the link check in digitally before hand no staff on location to check you in - which can be missed if travelling.

Great city center location. Quiet and comfortable. Prices are very high during Christmas season

Pros: Great city center location, 5-10min walking distance from the Christmas markets. Very helpful personnel that you can join via phone or WhatsApp

Cons: finding the the room was a bit complicated, yet nothing we could not overcome. Had to call the 24/7 reception number to get some guidance, as the code initially shared for the room was incorrect. But once you found your way, all good :-)
