Fantastic location and great people.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent location.

Cons: I thought that the gym would be in the hotel rather than providing access to a public gym- very close to the hotel but quite busy as its open to the public.

Excellent stay

Pros: My stay was great, the location was excellent for my needs. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Cons: My room was a little too hot but I could adjust the thermostat a bit.

Cheap and clean place! Comes with free tourist card for deals on attractions.

Pros: Location was right outside the train station which is great, and also very close to tram stations! They also gave me the tourist card which came with nice free activities like the river cruise which I really enjoyed!

Cons: The pictures of the room on the website greatly differed from the actual room, mainly due to the lighting. The photos captured made the place look very grand and bright, but upon arrival, the room was gloomy and dark. The toilet was very different from the toilet in the photos, which was a surprise as well. But overall the place is very clean and it is really good value for money. There is also a short flight of stairs to climb to get to the lift, which will be a problem for wheelchair users.

Pros: The place, although old, was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful, one in particular Venjamin, not the correct spelling, but he went above and beyond to help me. Great location. Close to trams and railway. It was freezing, buty room was toasty warm. Breakfast was really good as well. Good selection.

Cons: Not much. It pretty much ticked all the boxes for me.
