Hotel Victor is located in a historic 19th-century building in the heart of Prague, just 2 km from Wenceslas Square and 3 km from the Old Town. Pros: Very helpful and welcoming staff in a lovely old building, with a beautiful (and recently-reopened?) pivovar, with copper tuns and delicious beer. We were only able to stay one night (time constraints), but will certainly return when we are next in Prague, and hope to visit the restaurant next time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: We had an early (1008) train to catch from Hlavni, so the 0900 start to breakfast service was not helpful.This would probably be inconvenient for quite a few guests; hotels usually serve it much earlier. This hotel would probably not be a great choice for anyone with serious mobility problems, as the rooms are not on the same floors as the lifts (not uncommon in buildings of this era). P.S. It would be good if the hotel's website had clear directions for access on foot/public transport from Hlavni, as there are numerous steps and hills on the way, not to mention the cobbled (often broken) pavements which are a nightmare with cases!

Accessible, Enjoyable and great value for money.

Pros: The location and added restaurant were brilliant, a certain highlight was the beverages.

Cons: No Kettle in the rooms.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, and it was near the bus station that takes you directly to the old town square and other destinations. The staff is super friendly and polite. I really recommend it :)

Pros: The room was very cozy and big with high ceiling and some beautiful vintage furniture. Easy to access city centre with nearby coffee shop and supermarket. Also, the building itself was very beautiful in Czech traditional style!

Cons: The room was a little bit cold and the shower cabin was leaking after using it.

A good place to stay if in Zizkov .

Pros: The restaurant was closed for renovation. But there were other places situated nearby . The hotel has a classic era look both outside and inside. The room was large and spacious.

Cons: I had no complaints .

Pros: It is a great hotel with a brilliant little pub downstairs serving a range of delicious Georgian food! Approx. 20-25 min walk to Train Station & City Centre Local Shops, Cafe, Metro & Bus Station just down the road (5-10mins), so I could not ask for a better location Many thanks to the team at Hotel Victor, and I hope I will be returning soon :)
