Pleasant small hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, they help you at the reception 24/7, they are fluent in languages. The hotel has a period atmosphere.

Cons: The hotel is currently undergoing renovation work, so you should check the noise level during the day.

Pros: The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good and lots to choose from. The mini-bar was also full of delicious snacks. All in all, the room had everything one might need.

Cons: The air inside the room was quite stuffy and you couldn't really ventilate the room. The window was facing the inside of the yard, so even when opening it, no fresh air actually could come in.

Pros: Great powerful shower, and good location. They were good enough to transfer my booking to January, even if it’s low season, they were not obliged to. Very hospitable.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helped with everything. The hotel was clean and newly furnished. The breakfast was good enough. The location is near the tram.

Cons: The bathroom door was made of transparent glass. This could be changed to a normal door.

Pros: The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms were beautiful with L’occitaine products and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you could ask for. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was nothing to dislike. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

Pros: Very nice hotel with amenities, they offered welcome drink and had hot wine available for guests ... very nice when you are coming back from a day of walking under the cold The receptionist with customer service spirit looking to make you feel welcoming Nice breakfast. Since we were leaving early morning they gave us breakfast box to take out

Cons: Our room had a bath instead of a shower, and it was not very functional as it is designed for baths even if you just want to shower, the way it works it doesn't make it very comfortable
