Pros: Confortable king size bed, great location, good advance communication

Cons: It was a bit tricky to leave our luggage early but the café across the street where their breakfast is served was very helpful

Magical and Mysterious house in Poděbrady

Pros: This property is unbelievable, so spacious, the building itself use to be a stable, now it’s the most beautiful build accommodation. I wouldn’t call it villa as that’s too modern , I would call it mystery magical, manor house. The owner gave us keys, we had to lock up gate going out of the garden every time we wanted to go out or back in as people or tourist passing were intrigued to see this magical house thinking it was some kind of state building to visit. It has got a church or monumental feeling from outside. I recommend staying at this property, we had wonderful stay, paid for breakfast too which was served just outside of the building at the local cafe. There si a lot of activities going on in Poděbrady in the summer months, beautiful promenade close by offers cafes, bars and restaurants. Also supermarkets are walkable from the property.

Cons: Shower curtain kind would be handy

Pros: The breakfast was at a nice restaurant across the street.

A lovely experience

Pros: A beautiful manor house surrounded by blooming garden and mature trees in the centre of the town was unexpected in a good way. Our suite with a spacious room with a large comfortable bed was well appointed, and the small kitchenette added comfort. The breakfast in the, walk to Cafe, was very satisfying.

Pros: Beautiful villa, quiet location only a few minutes from the centre, spacious bright room with a small kitchenette and very friendly staff. The garden was a bonus, our puppy loved it.

Cons: Late breakfast time, available from 9am on weekends, depending on how busy the cafe is, it can be even later. But it was tasty :-). Room was a little cold.

Comfortable, cosy, living in almost magic atmosphere of a very old house.

Pros: Excellent location, great staging and design of the house interior, exceptionaly good and varied breakfast. Very friendly and informed hostess.

Cons: Tiny, tiny kitchen corner. Shower was funtional from ceiling but impossible to switch to ´hold-in hand' shower.

Pros: Great building and decent renovation. The location is very convenient to explore the best part of the town.

Pros: Dům sám o sobě a místo, na kterém je umístěn, má své neopakovatelné genius loci. Míjeli jsme ten dům mnoho let, mnoho jsme o něm slyšeli, a teď už máme svou zkušenost. Chce to zažít na vlastní oči.

Cons: Mít více času posedět na zahradě.

Pros: všechno, krásná vila, specifická atmosféra v interiéru, skvělá snídaně

Prostě boží. Vrátíme se na delší pobyt

Pros: Byly jsme zde s vnučkou po druhé a naše nadšení bylo stejné jako před 6 lety. Vila je naprosto výjimečná, nádherná a velmi vkusně a s citem vyšperkovaná . Postele pohodlné, koupelna luxusní, kuchyň také. Všechny prostory - jak říká vnučka - měly waw efekt. Vila je téměř v centru a nepřehlédnutelná Sotva projdete kovanými vraty máte pocit, že jste v jiném světě.
