Brand new studio apartment # 45 with free parking in the city center

Lovely and Cozy

Pros: The apartment was truly lovely clean, cozy, and equipped with every comfort you might need while exploring Prague. Don’t expect a huge space it’s a well-organized studio, perfectly suited for up to 3 people. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach. The kitchen has all the essentials, and the bathroom was spotless and functional. We stayed in December, and the apartment was warm and welcoming. The real bonus? The private parking space in the garage included! Highly recommended!

Pros: the apartment is very well equipped, brand new and fairly clean. had all the potential to be a great accommodation, yet there were 2 details that make me give only a 8

Cons: we booked for 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment had only one double bed and a sofa. Luckily one of the children didn't come and we could sleep properly, but that's a detail that shouldn't be overlooked. there also a foul smell in the wardrobe, and some of the bed clothes didn't smell like they were not properly washed.

Clean, comfortable and modern in a great location

Pros: Really clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Everything was within easy access by metro or other public transport. We stayed here for convenience to access the O2 arena for ice hockey world championship games, and it was just one metro stop away!

Cons: Just a couple of small things in the bathroom. The toilet roll holder was inconveniently located and probably the reason the toilet seat was a little loose. The main thing was no holder for the shower head, which is inconvenient when you have to wash your hair, and it would be very awkward for someone who can't use both arms.

Pros: great apartment with all amenities, almost in the center of Prague, well connected to the city (metro, trams, buses); parking and internet provided, clean, well-equipped, professional contact with the owner

Cons: Nothing drastic :D The third bed was not made. We were scared that one of us wouldn't be able to cover it with anything. Finally, we found bed linen in the closet. Early booking of the accommodation was not a priority, but with the car it would have been very useful if we could park it. So we had to go to a P+R parking lot on the outskirts of the city on the first day. So we were not 12 minutes away from the city center that day, but half an hour away. The equipment was particularly good, I only needed a coffee maker. :D <3

Pros: Ubytovanie bolo fajn. Čisté a upratané. Posteľ bola pohodlná a matrac nebol preležaný. Lokalita super a aj to parkovanie naozaj perfektné. Na jednu noc však úplne stačilo.

Cons: Vchodové dvere sú strašne zle vymyslené. Nedajú sa dovrieť rukou ale majú vlastný mechanizmus ktorému to trvá aj pól minuty než sa zatvoria dvere. A keď Vstupujete do bytu vždy vyrazíte dverami do lampy. A chladnička strašne pukoce. Nedalo sa pri tom spať. Musel som ju večer vypnúť.

Pros: Nagyon közel van a tömegközlekedés./metró villamos/ Zárt parkolási lehetőség ami benne van az árban.

Cons: wifi nem működött.

Pros: Podziemny parking z przypisanym miejscem w cenie. Bardzo blisko przystanki metra i tramwajów. Blisko supermarket i restauracje.

Cons: Brak klimatyzacji. Widok na kamienice w środku i okna innych apartamentów

Pros: Alles neu und sauber ! Gute Zentrale Lage bei der Metro palmovka.
