One bedroom penthouse apartment # 82 in the brand new building close to the city center with free parking

Pros: My friends and I stayed at this apartment, and I can say that it is very nice and clean. The instructions for entering the apartment are very clear and simple. However, the garage is not at all easy to use. You really need to be a good and experienced driver or have someone like that with you.

Cons: Another issue we had was with the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we couldn’t sleep. Since we stayed for only one night, it didn’t affect our overall impression of the accommodation too much.

Pros: Nice location near dock in offices, clean and comfortable apartment

Pros: Lovely view of Prague from the top . Place was kept clean , all amenities were provided and very clear instructions.

Cons: Sofa acts as a bed and it’s not sofa cum bed which is extensible which was confusing while booking the place. However it does the job for a 3rd person

Pros: Amazing penthouse just next to the subway station (Palmovka) - 10 min to the city centre. Very spacious terrace and living room. Clean, lots of towels in the bathroom. Easy self check-in.

Pros: The penhouse was lively, great views and all the confort you can need. The host was very nice giving us all the information. I highly recommand.

Pros: Really exceptional accomodation with everything being well-thought for you. Great place with metro literally 2 minutes by feet from the appartment, great view from terrace, garage parking option, self-checkin. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: There was an issue of some other guests from diffferent apartment occupying our parking spot, but the problem was quickly resolved by a host.

A nice place to visit Prague

Pros: The apartment was very nice and big enough for 4 persons. We had almost everything. The parking was safe. It was very close to reach the city center by tram or metro. The check in was very easy to be made.

Cons: It was very hot and the flat does not have air conditioning although it is the last floor. It was also a problem the internet. It was not working properly.

Pros: The apartment was clean, clear instructions to get the keys and enter. Good location close to the metro and nice view. Private parking was a big bonus however to get there you need to use the car lift and it is very narrow- a bigger car might have problems.

Cons: No AC and it was very hot in the bedroom. Since the balcony/terrace is available to other apartments as well we didn’t really feel comfortable to open the bedroom window (it was unable to tilt it) so it was really hot at night and no fans.

Very good price for a quieter area in Prague accessing the centre easily.

Pros: The apartment was very clean in a quite but very accessible area of Prague to the centre. We really like this. Private parking via a car lift…very impressive and a lovely penthouse feel…we sat out at the end of our evening. Our three kids slept on the sofa beds in the lounge: 16, 13, and 9. This was a squeeze.

Cons: Very little., a couple of electric fans to cool us down would have moved the review to very good…we were in Prague in July and it was 30+ degrees in the day.

Free parking and 15 minutes from city center by metro

Pros: Good location. Metro station and trams just near the apartment. Not far from city center by metro. Good terrace. Free underground parking

Cons: You can hear elevator in one of bedrooms. If you're a light sleeper then it could be a problem for you.
