Penthouse # 81 with panoramic city view in Elite Rezidence with free parking

Pros: Bigger than I expected. A bit far from the city but transportation is excellent and cheap.

Cons: The water in the shower has low pressure.

Pros: Beautiful view, huge balcony. Fully equipped apartment. Very good location, metro, tram 1 minute walk. Free parking with elevator.

Pros: Room is really nice , the view is breathtaking , apartment is really big and bathroom was really clean.

Cons: Parking spot was really narrow , but next spot available was okay.

Nice view, near metro, space

Cons: No iron, like it was described, broken hairdryer. *Bed linen could be renewed

Pros: Good location near tram and metro. Apartment was also very clean. Parking was great!

Cons: Shower curtain in toilet would be good. Also balcony could use some chairs and/or table.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was really beautiful with a wonderful view. The kitchen was well equipped and the instructions were clear. The property is close to the underground station and the 02 Arena is app. 20 minutes away by foot.

Pros: Very nice appartement with fantastic public transport connection to the city and a great view over the city. Parking included and a great spot to stay with the family.

Loved it

Pros: Very great appartment, two people in the sleeping room, three kids could sleep on the couches. The photos make the livingroom seem bigger and more sterile than it actually is, in reality it has a very comfortable size and three big windows make you a part of the hood. There is a washdryer and the kitchen table can be extended.

Good apartment with some improvements needed

Pros: The apartment is spacious and the view from the terrace is great. The apartment is close to the metro station and different tram lines which take you to the city in 20 minutes. Supermarkets and cafes are close by. The apartment comes with free parking in an underground garage which is a bonus.

Cons: The apartment is sparsely furnished (no shelves in the wardrobe for example) and the kitchen is not well equipped. There was no chopping board, no toaster, no scissors, no plunger to make coffee. We stayed for three nights and these things would have made cooking and making breakfast a lot easier. Also there is no shower curtain in the bathroom which means that one had to shower carefully in order not to wet the whole bathroom. The clothes dryer as well as the hairdryer were broken. The entry stairs are very slippery when wet. The terrace can be accessed by anyone so it seems and one evening we had two policemen on the terrace. The car lift and parking spot are small so one might struggle with a bigger car.

Pros: Huge apartment with huge terrace and free parking spot in underground garage, across the metro station that leads to city center and all of that for very affordable price, what more can you ask for?
