Cozy and comfortable apartments in the quiet place

Pros: Cozy and comfortable apartments in the quiet area of Prague. The Center is 15 minutes by tram (stop in two steps). There's everything you need. I recommend this apartments for accommodation.

Beautiful flat in a calm region of Prague.

Pros: A very pleasantly furnished flat with a beautiful view, the host provided all the information necessary for check-in and check-out beforehand which made the stay much smoother.

Cons: Very steep stairs to the upper room and he beds being placed all in one small room - good for a short stay, but for more than 2-3 nights for a bigger group it’s a bit claustrophobic.

Pros: Nice little room with own kitchen and bathroom, functioning and clean

A good choice for budget stay in Prague

Pros: The room is close to the metro (you need to go uphill) and tram and the location is good. It is neither big nor small in a relatively old building. It is clean and well equipped and has a good quality to value rate.

Cons: Drainage in Prague can be an issue and this is not an issue of the apartment only.

Pros: The location was great, and the room was well equipped.

Cons: The neighbours on the other side of the road have been screaming and shouting all day long.

Clean and cozy

Pros: Although I never saw the host, they were incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. I had to spend the previous night at the airport due to transport issues and once they found out, allowed earlier check in for no additional cost. Answered quickly to any of my queries and I felt that although not visible, they were always available. The property itself is located in what seemed a residential area, that was relatively quiet. The room was clean, mattress and pillows comfortable and definitely good value for the money. There are several trams passing close by, a Lidl and several shops and restaurants within the area. If you want to cook or have your own food, there was a microwave and a fridge/freezer inside the room and outside there was a small kitchen area that I only had to share with another room, with a kitchen sink, some cookware and a halogen/induction plaque.

Cons: The shower head was a bit too high for me. I understand it is an older building, but probably having detachable shower heads might be helpful in the future. Also, having electric sockets closer to the bed would have been useful. But none of these take away from the good experience I had with this property.

Excellent small place, well located and looked after by an excellent host.

Pros: Jaroslav was an excellent host. It says on his profile that he usually gets back in touch within 24 hours. Well, without putting any pressure on him in the future, he generally responded within the hour! I would recommend not staying here if you're a tourist looking for a hotel with all the facilities. The room is a small, genuine Prague Apartment, so if you're a traveller, you'll know what I mean. It was perfect, but small, extremely clean, with fridge, microwave, heating, shower and toilet. Tram into all the tourist city centre spots stops 200 metres away, but there's also lots to see, and a park next to the apartment.

Cons: The kitchen facilities are outside the front door and shared with another apartment, which some people won't like, but we didn't cook so wasn't a problem for us.

Pros: Very sunny apartment. Communication with the host was good.

Cons: It was cold, but the owner fixed it on the second day. Also there were no tea/coffee cups, only for beer.
