Nice stay!

Pros: Nice and spacious appartment with everything we needed for holiday.

Cons: There was no TV!

It’s a nice place in a great location, the city and a park is close. The parking is paid though.

Pros: We loved the location and overall feel of the place.

Cons: The parking was not free as stated, even though the host told us it was. When we went into the neighbourhood to talk with the locals, they confirmed it was paid parking.

Great place for a family or friends

Pros: Nice, quiet and safe area for family, with great conection (just around the corner) to the city center, the landmarks and central bus and train station. Also there are near markets and good places for food and refreshments. The owners were great with their directions and guidence, very easy access to the building and the apartament. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, with all the ameneties that one should need. Good wi fi and always hot water. We were more than satisfied with Folimanka apartaments and will gladly stay some anothertime because we fall in love with Prague-great city with great positive spirit

Cons: There wasn't any TV but than in other hand, mabye one doesen't need because there is so much to see in Prague

Marcell, il nostro contatto è stato molto disponibile e gentile, la casa bella, super consigliato, torneremo.

Pros: Appartamento delizioso, dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo rimasti una settimana in quattro e siamo stati molto bene. Posizione ideale, vicina al tram, 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ristoranti, pizzerie e pub top nelle immediate vicinanze.

Cons: Tutto bene.

Pros: Gute Lage, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, Sehr schnelle Internetverbindung, Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Cons: Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren kaum und es gibt keinen Fernseher.

Pros: Bardzo czysto. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin 2+2. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Ręczniki na miejscu. Blisko na tramwaj do centrum.

Cons: Brak parkingu. Należy szukać P+R. Brak TV i radia. Uszkodzone łóżko w salonie.

Pros: Overall, this was a nice apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and had A/C in every room, along with two W/C. The area is nice, with some small restaurants nearby.

Cons: The only things to note are the lack of a dishwasher and a small oven, which might be a consideration for larger families. The apartment is not close to the center of the old city; it takes at least a 10-minute tram ride. The metro stop is about an 8-minute walk with stairs.

Pros: الشقة جميلة ومرتبة أيضاً العاملين متعاونين جدا ويحاولون ان يقدموا لك كل ماتحتاج الموقع لاباس به قريب من القطار الترام وقريب من سوبر ماركت متكامل المنطقة هادئة الشقة تحتوي على غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ داخل الصاله الدخول عن طريق رقم سري يتم ارساله لك من المضيف عمارة تحتوي على 13 شقة ومصعد كهربائي..لايوجد استقبال .ملاحظة مهمه إذا حاب تسكن وحجزت حاول تتواصل مع المسؤول عن الشقق من اجل تحديد الموقع والحصول على الرقم السري للدخول للشقق.. أيضاً الحصول على مفتاح الشقة الموجود في صندوق..يوجد غساله ومطبخ متواضع.

Cons: بعيده عن السنتر نوعا ما تحتاج وسيلة نقل.. دورة المياة قسمين وهذا غير جيد.البلكونه مطله على مبنى قديم..السرير غير مريح المراتب متهالكه وتحتاج تغيير .. يوجد حشرات (نمل) في الصاله بشكل عام أنا لا انصح به للعائلة هناك خيرات ثانية..
