Great apartment to stay at
Pros: Spacious, clean rooms and bathroom. Apartment well equipped. Very well located close to Vysehrad. Easily accessible, friendly host. Close to underground and tram lines. Good WiFi.
Cons: It could be equipped with a TV in the couches area. I sometimes like to watch Czech TV morning news but I had to use online radio.

Cozy apartment in a nice area of Prague
Pros: Perfect location (we had a conference in the Congress Center), nice welcoming by Petr, with a lot of info on the flat and surroundings, even on the (extremely complicated) system for when to park where and what to pay why! Great bed, comfy mattress, and as it was quite cold at night, we were happy to have a heating system that worked within minutes. Walks in the nearby parks (Visehrad) are definitely an option.
Cons: Lighting is a bit dim (why do have hotels and rented rooms always have 15-watt lightbulbs?), and the kitchen is rather sparsely equipped. But I guess if you want to use the kitchen a lot and know what you need in advance, Stela and Petr will be able to round it up before you come (the missing cutting board and bread knife will have been replaced by now)

Pros: The flat was comfortable, with everything you need. Just the pan we couldn’t use, the tefal surface was damaged.
Cons: You have to wait for the owner to give you keys. If there is traffic, you might wait as we did. We were in rush to be on time in work, and we lost lot of time, not practical. When you enter the house after the first door very bad smell will bang to your nose from trash bins. The flat had smell of old house, damaged walls somewhere and some furniture. We stayed there only to sleep so we didn’t have time to worry about it. For the price could be a bit better.

Pros: Everything you need in the apt., great location, spotlessly clean and very nice owners. They waited for us until 00:30 as our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!!

Pros: El dueño súper atento y pendiente de todo. Nos resolvió todas las dudas e incluso nos ayudó a buscar donde cenar en Nochebuena. Atencion inmejorable. Para 3 personas es algo estrecho pero lo sabíamos ya de antes. Muy recomendable y muy cómodo, un paseo de unos 30 minutos al centro o transporte público muy cerca

Pros: Naše rodina byla v Praze v srpnu roku 2025 a ubytovala se v apartmánech pana Petra a paní Stelly. Moc se nám u nich líbilo: je tu čisto a útulno, všechno je vybaveno s ohledem na potřeby moderního člověka (Wi-Fi, zásuvky pro nabíjení telefonů vedle postelí aj.) Také je zde vše potřebné pro pohodlný každodenní život: optimální sada nádobí v kuchyni, žehlička, fén, kávovar, pračka. Zvlášť je třeba říci, že interiér je udržován ve stejném stylu a je vyroben s chutí a nábytek je pohodlný. Pan Petr nás pohostinnê ubytoval, ačkoliv jsme přijeli pozdě večer. Jsme vděční majitelům za náš odpočinek v jejích útulném bytě.

Pros: Dobrze skomunikowane miejsce, łatwo dojechać do centrum. kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.
Cons: Trochę brakuje zmywarki do naczyń. Materace mógłby być wygodniejsze.

Pros: Удобное место положение, 3 минуты ходьбы до остановки, чтобы добраться до центра города и 5 минут до магазина. Если вы любите гулять, то можно прогуляться пешком до центра города 35-40 минут заглядывая по пути в разные интересные музеи, магазины или кафе. Очень приветливые хозяева. Нам всё понравилось.

Pros: Me gustó todo, la limpieza, comodidad de las camas, la ubicación, con una parada de tranvía a 3 mn para recorrer la ciudad... El dueño nos estuvo esperando para explicarnos el funcionamiento de la calefacción y del resto de la casa. También nos informó de diversas actividades que podrían interesarnos. Un 10.

Pros: es war alles gut organiziert , auf uns hat ein Herr gewartet, hat uns alles gezeigt ,vor der Haustür haben wir parken können, Freitag ab 20 bis Montag 8 Uhr kostelos parken, einkaufen in der nähe , Stadtzentrum nich weit weg
