Pros: Communication with the host via WhatsApp was efficient, and they were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent (a 5-minute walk from the Old Town Square). The organised transfer from the airport went very smoothly.

Loved Prague. This apartment gave us an ideal base to explore from. Comfortable and well presented.
Pros: Great location, 5 minutes walk to the main square in the old town. Three bakeries at the end of the street for coffee, croissants & lunches. Aircon was very welcome.

The location was perfect! It was a short walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see.
Pros: Someone was waiting to give us the keys upon arrival. There was good communication throughout which was great
Cons: While the building had a lift, there wasn't one from the ground floor which was a little inconvenient for a family with a stroller. We had to carry the stroller up the stairs to the first floor every time we went out. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Excellent location very clean apartment and well equipped kitchen
Pros: The location is excellent. Close to old town square and restaurants. The apartment was clean.
Cons: The Sofa is not comfortable at all. The washer/ Dryer difficult to use as instructions where in Czech only, but we had help from the host to work it out.we selected a room and paid for view as per booking.com website but our room has no views but walls.

Perfect location with perfect accommodation.
Pros: Great hosts from the point of booking. Arranged transport from the airport to the apartment, which ensured no stresses on arrival. Very clean and spacious. There were a few issues with the Wi-Fi but were soon sorted out once reported. They arranged a technical engineer to visit at 9pm and he was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was fantastic -- I would stay here again!
Pros: Location was fantastic. Apartment was comfy and warm. Well furnished with appliances, cookware, and beds. Towels were good quality.
Cons: Wish there was sugar/salt/oil/coffee filters. Also the shower head holder doesn't work for shower, it ends up leaking all over the place so you have to hold the shower head in your hand. Street is a bit noisy due to nearby bars. None of these are a big deal, just areas for potential improvement.
