Apartment Four Year Seasons - WALKABLE TO CENTRE

Pros: I liked it all well satisfied. Recommend it to anyone one visiting Prague.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Great location

Pros: The location was excellent, near trams, easy to get into the city centre, walking was also an option. The room had all we needed. Communication with the host was good.

Great place for a short stay

Pros: The location is good with a tram stop right outside the building. The room design is nice and follows the general theme of the property. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room. The kitchen is small but has the basic utensils you might need. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. Detailed private check-in instructions. Though I didn't use it, the option to keep your luggage till the end of the check-out day seemed very convenient.

Cons: To get to the locker with the keys, I barely managed to squeeze myself between the fence and the car parked right next to it with almost no gap left. The kitchen area is located in the middle of the hallway.

Pros: Clean, good location, iron, washing mashine, perfect for a couple of days stay. Very friendly cleaning lady and good communication with the hosts.

Pros: Equipment is good. You will find everything you need. Check-in is easy, contrary to what the complicated guide suggests.

Cons: The street is noisy (trams and other things)

For a stay of a few days or a week, it is very convenient in terms of location and price

Pros: Very convenient location. There was always a quick response from the administration. Change of towels and bed linen at our request. The cleaning girls also cleaned everything well. The apartments have all the necessary minimum: electric stove, dishes, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine with detergent, tea, sugar, coffee. It is very convenient that there are storage rooms. Which can be used before check-in and after check-out until the evening. The apartments are located on the street where trams run, including at night. This should be taken into account by those who have a light sleep.

Nice studio apartment

Pros: Easy check in, comfortable room with a balcony, washing machine and most of the things you need. Tram stop just in fron of the apartment

Cons: Walkable means 30 min walk to the city centre. A bit noisy due to traffic and trams

I would recomend, very well price-quality.

Pros: All the apartment was very confortabel and very well equipped! The room had a mini fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a hob, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. We could also use the washing machine, ironing board, and iron. After checking out (10am) we could leave our bags in a large locker, where everything fit perfectly and there was still space left over. This compartment also had power outlets. Because of these lockers, we could go and enjoy the city and at the end of the afternoon pick up our bags and go to the airport.

Pros: Very nice facilities including the Washing machine, toaster, Iron box

It is good place to have your own room and stay for couple of days silently, just close windows.

Pros: Room had fridge, kettle, nice view, fan and windows could be opened. Shared kitchen items were available. Had a locker for the last day.

Cons: Single bathroom for 4 room is not enough. Had to wait a lot for other guests to leave the bathroom and was not good experience. Second toilet has no place to wash hands. Finding the correct entrance to building as well as room was hard even though it was described in the pdf they sent. It says walkable but walking takes a lot of time 30-40 minutes. Finding right tram also takes some time. Better to leave once and return at night.
