Friendly staff, great location in the center, worth the price!

Pros: The location was great, pretty close to the city center, all the shops and Duplex, it was really clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming

Cons: i don’t think there was something i didn’t like

A great place to stay!

Pros: Very clean, warm, spacious, location, proximity to train station. Convenience stores (2) 1 minute walking from the hotel.

Cons: Being a family of 5, the sofa we slept during our stay, was not very comfortable. Also we would recommend providing to the 5 member families a room where the double bed stands alone in the bedroom.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful. They helped us with transport bookings and also accommodating with keeping luggage in between stays. The accommodation was nice and clean. Fairly centrally located with the main train station being a short wal away.

Pros: It was pleasure to stay in your apartment. Clean,warm and close to all sightseeing.

Pros: Thank you for your hospitality. We found everything quite good. The location: perfect. Very close to the city centre. About 10-12 minutes walk to the heart of Prague. There's a corner shop in the building (turn left when you come out of the entrance door). 1 minute walk. You can find all essentials there – from toothpaste and enter to snacks and food for breakfast. The hallway was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great effort. The rooms are spacious, comfortable shower. There was everything necessary in the kitchen. Very clean, too. Nice clean bedding. The best thing: very responsive stuff! The messages were answered STRAIGHT AWAY. I think it's very important. I appreciate this.

Cons: The radiators were too hot. Would be nice to reduce heating. Very squeaky floors😅 (but I understand, it's hard to fix). I think the place will look cosier if you add more pictures on the walls. The walls were a bit too bare. I think you should add some black coffee in sachets because not all people like coffee with milk. I would recommend all visitors bring shampoo/conditioner with you. These weren't provided..it's not a problem. I'm just letting you know.

Good location, and has everything you need

Pros: Lockbox easy to locate, and quick response to get us through main door. Close to most places you would want to visit. Well equipped kitchen, with a hob, microwave and kettle (although no oven or toaster)

Cons: Heating couldn’t be controlled. Understand a maximum temperature but we couldn’t turn the temperature down either so a little warm overnight for me - could still sleep though.

It was great. The place is clean and everything was provided

Pros: I liked that the Accomodation is near to the station and accessible to most of the things I need like the grocery stores.

Cons: I didn’t like that there’s no elevator 😅 difficult to go up especially if you have large and heavy luggage.

Pros: Great location! Very helpful staff despite the fact we were talking through the mobile!
