Fantastic location, good customer service, clean.

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of Prague. Ideal for young groups who are looking for great value for money. Staff were helpful and fixed an issue with the boiler that was left by previous visitors. They sorted us out with a different apartment for the night (which was just across the road) until this was fixed. Main areas of Prague are a nice walking distance away, and a 24 hour store is on the same street.

Good location, good property, not so convinient check in

Pros: Good location and everything was ready for us. Dishwasher, washing machine, dishwashing fluids, and capsules. New sponge for dishes etc...

Cons: There was no privacy from each other due to rooms being separated by a door and being next to each other. Towels weren't nearly enough for an 8-day stay. Toilet paper was not enough for an 8-day stay. The shower cabin was damaged and didn't look appealing, it always looked dirty, its doors weren't closing properly so the water was getting out, and the draining system was bad so the water wasn't going through the pipe quickly enough and we had to stand there in dirty water. We could contact hosts only through cell phone or booking, no WhatsApp, Viber, or anything else which is not very convenient for tourists who usually don't get local numbers. It is also inconvenient that we had to go to the office first and pick up the keys from the lock box and then go to the property, why couldn't the hosts just place the lock box at the property? We had to drag our baggage for 25-30 minutes in total on the paving stone uphill...

Pros: La ubicación es excelente. La casa tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio, lo único que tiene algun arreglo que le vendría bien. La atención fue excelente, muy atentos y disponibles.

Pros: Ottima posizione vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alle attrazioni turistiche. Pulizia discreta, presenti lenzuola/asciugamani e sapone/shampoo. Presente la cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Personale disponibile per tutte le esigenze, molto cordiali. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Pros: Apartament czysty. Kontakt z obsługą swietny. Dostaliśmy nawet mape obiektów ktore warto zwiedzic w Pradze, gdzie zjeść itd. Mozna zostawic również walizki za oplata wczesniej wiec jak najbardziej na plus

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, в пешей доступности всё необходимое, довольно тихое и комфортное для сна место. Отзывчивый персонал, просьбу о более раннем заселении выполнили. На все вопросы в переписке быстро отвечали.

Cons: Сама квартира, конечно, далека от свежести… но если брать цену/качество и вышеперечисленные плюсы, то, наверное, это отличный вариант.
