Pros: Wow! The apartment is amazing. Big, cosy, almost in the city centre and with underground parking. Very impressed with the facilities. Also the apartment is warm and very quiet.

Excellent choice for staying in Prague

Pros: Great location in the center of Prague. The flat is very spacious and can fit a family comfortably. Two bathrooms and the included parking spot in the garage below are definitely making this accommodation a great choice. The building itself is in the 2nd row so it is quiet during nighttime. We were 3 people and each had an own room. Balcony was also a big plus. 10min walk from the main train station, and only a few minutes walk to the first attractions of Prague. The garage fits also quite big cars (BMW X7 and a Toyota Pickup were parked below).

Cons: As any accommodation there are some little things that could be better - but in all honesty for the price that was paid, this is being very picky. The airconditioning in the living room made whirring noises at random times which made sleeping a bit tough even though it was not used at all, cleanliness at some areas could have been better and the fridge could use a defrosting. The TV had no channels available or at least we were not able to get it to work (streaming apps) Prague is always growing so the flats around were being renovated so when staying at the flat during daytime it was quite loud at times, but of course not the fault of the accommodation. At night time no issues. Nothing a major issue, all in all we were super happy with our stay.

Very close to old city and free parking

Pros: clean apartment with free parking (even parking on street is a challenge in Prague 1). Very close to old city. The house is comfortable, you have nespresso, airconditioning (we didnt use but you have in all rooms) and all other stuff to make it comfortable for you

To solve aproblem with warm waterinthe evening.

Pros: This is the best apartment I ever seen. The apartment is very large, clear and bright. 3 tv and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable.

Cons: If owner solve a strange detail, the service level will be ideal. After about 22.30 no warm water. At all, only cold water. I don`t know the reason but it definitely should be solved in the near future.

Pros: The facilities are clean, new, comfortable, and well organized

Cons: The times for the check-in were unclear, and we got locked out for half-an hour, but the staff was helpful and the situation got resolved easily

Convenient location with free parking, only a short walk from the beautiful old town.

Pros: The parking facility was very welcomed, even though a bit tight for our estate car.

Cons: No particular views of this beautiful town.

Pros: Great apartment in the city centre with free parking. 2 bathrooms are also nice. Really good communication with the owner.

Pros: The apartment is very big, I didn't understood this from the description. There are 2 bedrooms with very big and comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was very welcomed for us, and a living with sofa and a kitchen with everything we needed! Also the location is great, right in the center and the parking place was a great plus! would definitely come back again!!!
