Pros: Vynikajúca poloha, blízko václavského námestia. Apartmán priestranný na tichej ulici. Hneď kúsok dva malé supermarkety. V blízkosti aj reštaurácie, kde si môžete dať raňajky.

Pros: Ļoti labs dzīvoklis, vispār nav kur piesieties. Atrašanās vieta ideāla, pilsētas centrā, bet šķērsielā bez tūristu plūsmas un skaļiem krogiem, Pati māja arī brīnišķīga, ar plašu, smalku un renovētu kāpņutelpu, kurā ir lifts. Par dzīvokli varu teikt tikai pašu labāko, viss jauns, tīrs un svaigs, pilnībā aprīkots, divas izolētas istabas, gultas ērtas, no blakus dzīvokļiem nekādu trokšņu. Tiem, kuri nepārvalda angļu valodu, bet zin krievu valodu, dzīvi varētu atvieglot tas, ka ar dzīvokļa īpašniekiem var sazināties arī krievu valodā.

Großes Appartement - gut für die Durchreise & Sightseeing

Pros: + Größe des Appartements + Waschmachine und Trockner vorhanden + Bewachte Tiefgarage und Haus + Lage des Appartements - fussläufig zur Alt- und Neustadt

Cons: + Appartements zur Strasse sind etwas lauter und im Sommer aufgeheizt (allerdings ist ein Ventilator vorhanden) + persönliche Schlüsselübergabe für Appartement und Garage sind etwas schwierig - man kann auf der Straße kaum parken und dreht extra Runden, wenn man später kommt/ schwierig durch Baustellen und Absperrungen + zusätzliche, hohe Garagekosten + Küchenutensilien und Einrichtung beliebig zusammengewürfelt + Gewürze und Öl fehlen, wünschenswert bei Durchreise
