Pros: First of all, personnel was amazing. Thanks for their help and kindness. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Perfect location with a reasonable parking service in the heart of Prague. Definitely will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Magnificent medieval interior!
Pros: Hotel design and interior are magnificent! You can just sit in the lobby or restaurant and admire the view!
Cons: No additional activities in hotel: spa, pool, gym. During breakfast, waffles cooking odor covers the hotel - there is no need for guests to bake their own waffles; breakfast is rich enough.

Pros: - close to major tourist spots; - pleasant and very interesting architecture of the dining room and it's deco: that's a verry big plus - I chose this location specifically for this detail, and I wasn't disappointed; - another huge plus: breakfast along with available minibar, kettle, tea/coffee in the rom and umbrella +; - friendly and helpful personnel; - from the perspective of someone who once had a few broken bones: the mattress gets a 10 out of 10; - I also addored the simplicity of the entire check-in process via WhatsApp & Bot Alfred: all info together, in the same spot, clear and concise. I knew exactly what I am doing, what other payments are expectected from my end and what are they for etc. before arriving. Bravo! Very well done! - I'm sure other guests will appreciate that nice and cozy bar at the reception and, who knows, maybe when my kid will be at least 18, we'll return & have a good Czech beer after a long day of city strolling too.
Cons: - bathrooms need more attention (shower cabin doors to be repaired/changed (otherwise, soon it will be completely impossible to close them) and properly cleaned (at their base especially)); - windows are absolutely fantastic, but they have been always open, due to them being very old and having outdated, worn-out locking mechanisms; (this wasn't a big problem for me as I am a huge fan of fresh air and, luckily, the heating system worked perfectly too) - basic, small, decent room that has nothing to do with \

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's our second stay here.The location is amazing, our room was on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of Prague Castle. The room was spacious enough for three people and very comfortable. All the necessary shower amenities were provided. The reception staff were supper friendly and welcoming. There is also a nice area to sit in the evening and relax with a cup of beer or wine.
Cons: The room could benefit from a little renovation, but overall it did not affect our pleasant stay

A great destination, friendly and welcoming hotel and superb location
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room, warm and comfortable and the breakfast superb. As a location it was very convenient, just a short walk from the Charles bridge, so we were able to walk to all the all the attractions very easily. A beautiful city .
Cons: Nothing, everything went exactly as we would have wanted.

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, and the hotel was quite clean.
Cons: The pillows were too soft for my preference. The shower cabins were very small — there was hardly enough space even for a slim person. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice of options, but occasionally the bread and pastries did not seem as fresh as expected.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great theme and surroundings. Comfortable spacious room.
Cons: The cooked element of the breakfast could be improved. However no major issue just for constructive feedback.
