A perfect 10 if ever there was one

Pros: Absolutely perfect. A beautiful apartment in the nicest part of Mala Strana. The rooms are vast and furnished with antiques, comfy sofas, private kitchen, marble bathroom with bath, power shower, etc. Effortless check-in. Unexpected (and welcome) turn-down service each day. I've stayed in some great places in Prague but this was the very best. Helpful welcome email with details of local bars, etc.

Cons: Nothing could have been better.

Pros: The room was lovely! Very clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt comfortable and well cared for. The only small downside was the bathroom had no curtain, making it a bit visible from the windows across. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome!

Cons: Despite the listing saying “ executive suite with castle view,” we couldn’t see the castle from the room.

Perfect stay

Pros: Beautifully appointed & spotlessly clean, spacious 1st floor apartment (junior suite) in a quiet & convenient area. Regular towel & bedding changes. Comfy bed & pillows plus a sofa and large TV. Plenty of storage. Loved the quirky touches, like the church font in the room! Convenient for the 22 tram to get up to the castle (with great a bar next to the stop) and an easy, pleasant walk to Charles Bridge/Old Town Square via Kampa park area. Several restaurants nearby. Excellent communication via our host Valerie (thank you!) with lots of helpful information. Easy check-in. A perfect place to stay in Prague!

Pros: Great location, walking distance closes to everything you need but very quiet and secure. Perfect for family stay with kids.

Cons: The shower drain is a bit stuck but not a major problem.

Pros: Loved how close it is to attractions and it's a quiet area. Bed very comfortable. Room spacious, very well furnished, decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen. Easy check in / out.

Pros: The room was gorgeous and in such a good location to a lot of the main bits in Prague. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Pros: We were absolutely delighted to be staying here. It was so cozy and the best location! It was a lovely touch to be surrounded by the beautiful architecture of prague whilst also being a few minutes walk away from a beautiful park with city views, and Charles Bridge (to access the main town area). The cafe below was also lovely with really good coffee. Would also recommend a cute local cafe for pastries and coffee called Torto.

Cons: We believe this is a 10/10 property and we would definitely stay here again. However, we would appreciate some door signs (do not disturb/please clean). My sanitary products were misplaced and were not to be seen- this was quite concerning as, for womanly reasons, I needed them. For some, a bath robe and slippers would be a nice touch! Overall we really enjoyed our visit and these comments are purely constructive and did not affect our score for you.

Pros: Beautiful room and a fantastic kitchenette. The location was perfect, with trams nearby and an easy walk to most tourist attractions.

Pros: The interior of the room was fantastic and the location of the hotel felt safe.

Cons: Due to the building being old, we heard a lot of noise coming from the elevator. Also the cleaning staff (I guess) were quite loud in the morning, but it could also be the neighbours ;)

Pros: The location is excellent just a five minute walk from Charles Bridge. The room was spacious and clean.
