Pros: Very friendly staff who are always eager to help even after a long day. The breakfast buffet is good. Comfortable beds. Good location.
Cons: The bread rolls at the weekend are stale. The loud music in the breakfast room is annoying. The walls between the rooms are very thin. Only one chair in a double room. No desk lamp.

An amazing stay! Super chill atmosphere and the staff are absolute legends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros: Honestly, everything was just great! 💯 Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every second. The place is super cozy, quiet, and very clean. But the biggest highlight is the staff — a team of young guys who really know their stuff 100%. They are polite, professional, and just make you feel at home. Highly recommend if you want some peace and top-tier service! 🏰✨
Cons: Everything was perfect, no complaints at all! 🙌

Pros: Breakfast at the hotel was great. Freshly squeezed juices, warm, fresh bread, and many other good things. A large bathtub in the room. After a tiring day, I can stay in hot water for a long time.

It was a very nice stay with a wonderful location where we felt very good.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice location. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Pros: The hotel is quite impressive with its decoration and style. However, what truly makes every hotel special is its staff. Especially Dennis, who works in service, and Diana at the reception made our stay very comfortable with their always helpful and friendly approach. We would like to thank them very much.
Cons: Minus 1 point: due to the lack of sound insulation in the room.

Quite an authentic experience, the staff was amazing, loved the bathtub and the horses!
Pros: The food was amazing, breakfast was well organised and diverse. The coffee was better than I expected. Veeeery good wine and amazing wine glasses. We loved the horses and the fact that we could interact with them. Very very nice staff. Very comfortable bed, slept very well. The bathtub added a plus to the overall experience.
Cons: It was a bit further away from the city than what I expected, we used only Uber in the end to not waste a lot of time (with the bus it said that we would make around 1h). I also expected to have there the property’s own Christmas market, but there were only some lights in the garden. The room we were first assigned in was not clean, but after talking with the staff we received another room which was more to our liking (thank you Eugene for making our experience better!).

Beautifully located, rich breakfast but noisy
Pros: Hotel is located outside the city surrounded by fields and a nice garden. With bolt it took about 25 min. to get in the city center. There is also a busstop. The auto check-in was very efficient (instructions are sent through text message). The rooms are clean and as advertised. The bathtub was very relaxing after a day visiting the city.The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast in the morning. The scenery is very beautiful and there is a lot of variety: smoothies, oats, yoghurt, pudding, fresh fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon, home made cake, pancakes, ... I absolutely loved it.
Cons: The check in instructions were sent at 16:00. We were left without communication from the booking until the message. The next morning at 8 AM the cleaning lady knocked on our door (it woke us up) and she proceeded to enter the room and quickly closed the door. Next day we hung 'dont disturb card' however she still knocked on the door for housekeeping. The following mornings were a bit stressful because we never knew what to expect. The biggest downside of this hotel is the noise. Lovers having fun, neighbours playing their TV at 23:30, people shouting over the phone. I believe if they took more time to actually welcome the guests inform them that walls are thin and thus should be a bit more considerate for others especially after 22:00 the stay would be more pleasant for everyone. I do see improvement for the staff to be more accommodating and welcoming, informing and guard peace in the hotel. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Pros: Dmytro was so kind and helpful. The place was great we will come again. Breakfast was good. We especially liked the wonderful park to walk in and the cute festival that took place on Saturday.
Cons: There was only an option for two separate beds instead of a big one for a couple, and there were two small blankets that were not comfortable for a couple to sleep together.
