Very nice hotel with good restaurant

Pros: For me the location of the hotel was optimal (close to our office on Chloumecka street). Very nice hotel with enough space in the rooms and bathroom. Clean, well equipped and maintained. Nice surroundings with a couple of good restaurants including the one in the hotel building.

Cons: The only thing are the opening hours of the reception -> openned until 6:30, might be a bit problematic when travelling with a car or late plane, but maybe there is a solution for that kind of cases.

Comfortable, friendly staff and good food

Pros: Everything was fine, the food was very good, 100% recommended.

Pros: When I visit Prague on a business trip, I stay at this hotel, always an excellent rest and a full breakfast, convenient parking, the room temperature is comfortable in winter and summer, friendly staff, quick registration, the room has everything you need, I didn't have any difficulties, I hope it will be the same in the future.

Cons: the shower faucet was broken. the neighbors could be heard after 22:00. the air conditioner did not work, but it was warm very soft mattresses, it's hard to sleep in this position

We got what we wanted. Peacefull beautiful open place within castle walls.

Pros: Quiet zone. The staff responds quickly to requests. The breakfast was good. Beautiful open place with restaurants within castle walls. Close to the soccer fields, which was important to us because we were watching a children's tournament.

Cons: Check in until 21:45, which was a problem for us because of the distance we had to travel.

Good location, great food, quiet location.

Pros: The hotel building and surrounding buildings are the old stronghold so the place has its own story, but also limitations. Rooms were not as comfortable as in modern hotels, and there is nothing more than a bed to sleep and breakfast. It's in a quiet location, where you can rest. It's far away from the city center, but that location was our choice because of the conference nearby. You can go by subway or bus to the old city that stops close to the hotel. Shops are within walking distance. The restaurant serves very good food in the evening, and there are also others within walking distance. Free parking is a plus.

Cons: English-speaking personnel at the reception desk can help.
