Pros: Everything was lovely! The staff was really kind and helpful!! There is also a bus they have which can take you to the centre of prague and pick you up from there as well, for free! The room of the hotel was really clean, cozy and comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of variety of food to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Pros: The breakfast was fabulous, the beds comfortable and the rooms were quiet! The Czech street numbering system is at odds with Google maps so the Uber driver had to put in the name of the hotel after the address didn't deliver the hotel (I'd copied and pasted the addresses). I'd highly recommend it as a fairly inexpensive hotel close to one of Prague's airports. We were delayed and didn't arrive until 2am, a friendly receptionist greeted us.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Especially Julie, Anna and Jossef were very polite and demonstrated exceptional customer service. They made us feel welcomed from our arrival to our departure.

Cons: There was a minor issue with the room cleaning, but after we mentioned it to Anna and Julie, it was resolved immediately.

Pros: Hotel was about 15 minute drive outside of city centre but did a shuttle bus throughout the day which you can book and bolt and uber are reasonably price to use also. Having an outdoor pool complex meant that you can relax as well as seeing what the city has to offer. The junior suite is fine, not lots of space but sufficient for a family of four, having fridge in room was handy as there is a big hypermarket just over road from hotel. Breakfast at hotel was good, plenty of tables and the hotel staff are so helpful if needed. There are some fast food places a five minute walk away too.

Wow, highly recommended

Pros: Amazing hotel. It deserves more than 3 stars. Very beautifully designed outdoor pool, jacuzzi, everything is really new and luxuriously designed. Amazing playground on the hotel grounds. We felt like we were on vacation in Greece in the middle of Prague. There is a free shuttle to and from the hotel once an hour. The people at the reception were super nice and considered all our requests. There is a huge supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel.
