A retreat near a bustling capital city

Pros: - The staff were friendly and communicated with me prior to my trip - The hotel was spotless - Breakfast was excellent - The location of being near a capital city while still being in nature (Prague can be accessed by a number of bus lines)

Peaceful stay in the heart of nature

Pros: The big draw of the Hotel is its location right on the Vltava, right at the edge of the built up area of the town. The surroundings are gorgous, and teeming with birdlife both day and night. It almost has the appearance of a nature reserve (which it's not). One could lose oneself just watching the river lazily flow by. There's a relatively busy road on the opposite bank, but it's not too noisy.

Cons: Conversely to the place's idyllic placement it is very remote indeed from the town proper. The breakfast offerings were decidedly meagre (more or less just toast, butter and some tomatoes).

Pros: The hotel is very clean, modern yet cosy. The employee on site was very polite, helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at the river. Pleasant restaurant with a terrace although a small selection of food.

Cons: The floor under my bed was very noisy, and the bed itself extremely hard.

Pros: The rooms were like on the photos, great comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff really nice. The hotel is direct on the riverside and the view is great from the window.
