Plaza Boutique Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

Pros: We were a family of 8 travelling and all our expectations were met with our rooms being close together and all ready on check in, the only negative was around breakfast. I can understand it being very hard to sit us together in the mornings but the breakfast area is very small and congested for the size of the hotel. When you were serving yourself in the mornings you felt like you were on top of each other. We found a few great restaurants around the hotel itself and then we also used the tram into the old town which was very convenient.

Pros: Location: Quiet area, tram and metro stations nearby. Hotel reception: 24/7, young staff that's very helpful and they speak English really well Breakfast: Great variety, plenty of food for everyone (staff replenishes everything frequently) and all that we had was very tasty. Cleanliness: Very clean. And the staff replaced our towels and sheets daily.

Delicious breakfast , amazing welcome gifts and many great facilities in the room

Pros: The staff was extremely nice and I got many additional surprises like Prosecco glass as welcome and wine bottle as welcome as well ( I quest it’s for the first time users or because of competition between hotels ) but it was extremely nice and the breakfast was extremely good, many delicious varieties to choose from. Also the room Had a romantic wallpaper and it was realny nice with many facilities like coffee machine or table to work, awesome place❤️🔥🏆

Pros: Very good location - you can reach the city center by tram within 15 minutes. Staff extremely friendly (thanks Jan), nice and clean room, good breakfast - so, all what you need to have a good stay.

Would definitely stay longer next time

Pros: Tram station nearby meaning the old town is only 15mins away. Doesn’t look amazing from the outside but pleasantly surprised when we got indoors. Clean, looked to be well maintained, staff were great. Rooms maybe a little dated but everything worked, and the complimentary wine was a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing other than a small critique about the age of the room.

Pros: Great experience - clean, comfortable rooms, all facilities are in good condition. Very friendly staff, ready to help and give advice. Good location near tram station. Only positive memories. If I am in Prague again I would definitely stay again here

Nice location for a short stay in Prague

Pros: The staff was pretty friendly and the location was pretty good. The room was really clean. We got complimentary drinks.

The perfect place to stay if you’re spending a few days in Prague.

Pros: The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean and tastefully designed, but what truly impressed us were the many small details that are not automatic even in the best places. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a hot mulled wine as a welcome drink, and another welcome drink was waiting for us as well. Complimentary coffee capsules and a bottle of wine were prepared in the room, and at check-out we even received a fridge magnet. So many little gestures that make you feel genuinely welcome and appreciated, and make you want to come back. The breakfast was excellent. I can only recommend this place to everyone.
